    Re: Grand Theft Auto V

Someone did a breakdown based on the costs of the shark cards and buying everything (Including the damn planes and stuff Rockstar is dripfeeding...) the total cost would be $736 in real money. That is absurd. Even with all the money I've made in the game i'm hesitant to buy any of this stuff...and I bought the useless *** yacht.

Not to mention the smuggling business itself is not worth it at all like 700k for 50 full crates. So little money made. Honestly the only reason to buy a hangar is for the mod shop to customize all the pegasus planes and choppers you'd own.

Forgive me for my easy amusement, but I was blown away today when I bought the submarine. I've only had next-gen since last year so I was completely caught off guard when I was roaming about the sea only to stumble across a pod of killer whales. It was one of my favorite moments in gaming. I'm sure everyone here considers these sightings routine & old (I imagine I might too at some point) but still really cool to discover for the first time.

Same here, one for the 360, one for the xbox One, and one for PC. I got it for PC on sale and I'm glad I did because that game Is just meant to be played on PC.

I ended up with three as well, one for the 360 on release day, one for Xbox One on release day, and one for the PS4 a year or two ago.

Between all three versions, I've probably played and beaten the campaign easily 10-12 times so far and will no doubt be increasing that number multiple more times in the future.

360, PS4, PC. Beat the story on each at least once, forget how many times I have actually played through the story at this point. GTA Online was fun, I've put hundreds of hours into it, but it always felt like something was missing. I've tried to get back into it a few times lately, but there is so much content and way too much of a grind to get it.

You can tell that a game sells well when the price is still full (or close to it) years after release. I have the PS3 version, and still play it every now and then. I still think it looks great on the PS3, even by current gen standards.

Never played GTA Online (I'm not into online gaming), but kudos to Rockstar for creating such a successful model. I just hope that the next GTA game will still be also about the single player experience, and that the open world will be even more living and breathing. That's why I play open world games.

So I guess it's safe to say there is no solving the mystery of mt Chilliad and Rockstar was actually just trolling everyone?

There's an Alien ship under water, that's about it.
