One example is the videos of the guy pretending to be a drill sergeant and trying to recruit players in the lobby to do things. Pretty funny.

Anyone attempted the Doomsday Heist? I tried it last night, and ran into nothing but idiots. Seems heists haven't changed in 2 years.

Granted I tried with randoms, but still.

I'm pretty bummed there's no single-player DLC. When I initially bought the game, I thought the DLC was in the bag, and probably involving The Forum, race track, and prison. I'd even take an offline Doomsday option. Looks neat.

Was never gonna happen with all the insane amount of money that GTAV online takes in thru sales.

Yeah you would think they could at least get a couple single player heists added. Just greed essentially. Worried about red dead online. If it’s just a time sink based on shark cards I’ll just be playing single player.

They don't think if they expanded ala TLaD or TBoGT that they couldn't charge $40 some-odd bucks and we wouldn't all sucker ourselves into buying it?

I realize that may not equate to how much money they'd make in GTA:O, but I think they really need to earn our trust again somehow. It's a shame they never went for it or nipped it in the bud.

Yea, the money amounts we're talking here in regards to GTAV online are insane numbers.

I'm sure the same model will be put in place for RDR. It isn't going to succeed like the GTA model tho. Mainly because of the era. The vehicles and weapons have a lot to do with Rockstar's success with GTAV online.

Haven’t played gta v in ages and am wondering if the starter pack bundle is worth getting. Not a big fan of shark cards but don’t really have the time to grind in the game like in the past. Curious your guy’s thoughts.

I watch Timmac a bit. He just became a cop on a new server. He was a tow truck driver on the server that Eli is popular on, he's the sheriff that has become pretty popular.

You can just search Twitch for GTA 5 and see all the RP streamers.

They play on servers that have special rulesets, have jobs like police, towing, EMS, etc.

Watched his stream and RP on GTA looks really fun. From my research, it seems that role playing in GTA 5 is mostly played on the PC since there are mods and such. Are there any RP communities on Console? Would be cool to have some RP sessions with a few OSer's (reading this out loud sounded weird..lol)
