Has anyone had a random civilian threaten to call the cops of them for no reason at all?

I just did a stranger mission, the one with the paparazzi dude, and after we finished up I went back to the apartment/building where the mission started, so I could retrieve my green repo bike.

When I got back to my bike, I looked up on the balcony and decided to see if I could enter the building or listen to what the hipster looking people were talking about. I walk up next to their little conversation circle and one of the dudes tells me to **** off almost immediately. He said something else kind of douchy to me and then stormed off.

So I turn back to the hipster chick he was talking to, and she tells me that if I don't leave she's calling the cops. I thought that line was kind of funny, but I didn't think anything of it, and I started to walk away... But then a couple seconds later the **** is actually on the phone with 911 and, sure enough, the cops show to arrest me by the time I can get back to my bike!

I then did what any reasonable person would do in that situation. I ran back up to the apparently racists hipster(btw, I'm playing as Franklin), shank her with my newly purchased knife, fire a shotgun blast into the windshield of the approaching police car, and drive off into the night.

****ing awesome game so far!

Anybody else here gave weird haircuts to the main characters? Bald michael with a beard kind of looks like max payne. Trevor looks like a creep with a mullet and a beard.

I've got the bald Michael with a big beard look going as well.

Fro and giant beard for Franklin.

It has to connect to the Social Club thing to work, and that thing's touchy as hell right now with all the traffic.

Yeah I can't sign into the ifruit app. It's kinda worthless though. I wish we could day trade and listen to the radio on it. Then it would be amazing

I just got into it. Basically Rockstar has a bunch of grown *** adults playing a Tamagotchi.

I do like the car stuff.

The random encounters in this game are hilarious and some are epic.

Just came across a random scene with multiple cars and dead bodies and even a couple dead dogs. I walk to the lone survivor and he warns me to not take his briefcase and scored 25k. Of course I kill him and grab it and drive off. A few seconds later two trucks of people came hunting me down. I stumbled across the aftermath of a drug deal gone bad in the open world.

I bought 100 shares in some German car company at $1.00 a share. Good idea ? Can't see how it can get worse

I grabbed 800 shares of Hawk and Little (HAL) for $1 with the same plan.

obviously the hiests pay very well and T starts off with some nice cash; for those looking to make money, the bail bond side missions yield a nice payout for Trevor.

i was Trevor and ran into a drunk couple in the trailer park. They wanted a ride to their hotel room. Well I have the option of taking the to Autristic Cult compound instead, so of course that's what I did. They start having sex in the back of the car and Trevor offers to join in. I'm driving up dirt roads on a mountain, little wooden bridges on the way, a The Hills have Eyes vine going on. I get to the cult and a weird looking guy with a gun comes out and takes the couple. I get $2000 for my troubles.

I switched to Trevor once and he was in the middle of a park shirtless, drunk and barking.

I also made Michael and Franklin run into each other. I made Michael follow Frank around, he kept warning me to stop then punched and killed me.

I also made Frank and Trevor meet, pulled out a gun and killed Trevor, switched to Trevor as he was leaving the hospital

Only bummer so far is only having the one garage (from what I can tell atleast) in the city. I purchased an ATV over the phone with Trevor, and it said it was delivered to the garage. Well, I don't particularly feel like driving all the way into the city to grab my ATV, considering I want to use it to go off roading in the northern part of the map.

Am I missing something here, or is that the only garage you have access to?

Other than that, this game is absolutely splendid.

I tried that jump again atop Mt Chiliad, this time on a quad. Maybe I wasn't going fast enough but I didn't get the same animation when I did it on the provided dirt bike. Ejected the quad and fell to my death.

Then retried successfully with the dirt bike. No prompt. Just jump, fall, and hit A when ready to deploy. Happy trails!

Cant't wait to grab my copy now. Once this bike gets done I'm off to the store where I pre-ordered the game.
