By the way, if you are a plasma owner (or have a TV with insanely deep black level and shadow detail), I recommend you lower the brightness down to the minimum or somewhere near it. Nighttime looks freakin' awesome and so real, especially in the countryside. Maybe it's not best for missions when you really feel like you need to see certain enemies, but it makes driving awesome as you really feel you need headlights, etc.

weed farm yet near Braddock Pass. I was just driving and it popped up onto my map. I drove to it and had a shootout with the guys there. Then you can rob them if you chose. Got myself over 22,000. I swear this game is amazing just for the random events alone.

Yes, I just robbed them for 46,000, also found a spaceship part in the process of walking inside to get the weed.

Also says u can come robbed them again in a week or so.

Girl was crying for help and someone was about to die if they didn't get help. I was a little sketchy after something similar happening before. I follow her up the steps, but let her run ahead. I stopped and equipped the shotgun and then hid it. Got to her and a dude came around the corner and they both held me at gun point, but I was ready. I tapped L1, pulled out the shotgun and wasted them before they could react .. Fool me once, mother****ers..

I tell ya, hopping in a dump truck down by the docks, and having Convoy as the first song that plays on the radio creates an irresistible urge to run everything over.

I have been trying to figure out the last day why GTA has been looking a bit weird on my TV. The wife was playing around with the color temps,lol. I usually like to keep the color temps cool and brightness slightly down. She turned them to the daylight setting and it was making all the colors super bright

I haven't spent money on anything for a car yet that was like a performance upgrade. They all go fast enough for me.

I've got a matte paint job addiction though.

What I did was upgrade the 3 cars they already come with, the truck, sedan, & muscle car. Gave all 3 of them distinguishable paint jobs (matte) and bullet proof tires & armor.

Other than that I have done nothing else to any other vehicles. In fact, other than the missions that require the guys to drive something else I only use their 3 cars they came with.

I haven't had any real issues evading the police in this game. I haven't been busted or died even once in a police chase that didn't involve a motorcycle.



It's usually pretty simple.

Speed away and out of sight, hide under a bridge or behind a wall, and then wait. The most I've had was a 4* wanted level, though.

I kind of wish they gave a better chase. The only time they make a good chase is if your in a slow-*** car which rarely happens. Although I did go over the side of a hill and get pinned in between two trees, where they promptly unloaded into me.

I got that same one a couple of days ago. I changed the updates to every one or two minutes I forget, but I've gotten a few other random stats on some OSers since then lol.

I think attributes are built up too easily/quickly in this game. Shooting, driving, flying, and stamina go up just like that.

Definitely.

Just make sure your plasma is adjusted to the proper brightness level. It looks awesome at night and even better at sunrise/sunset, when there is all kinds of dynamic lighting and extra shadow detail.
