Re: Grand Theft Auto V
This game is just sick. It's the little details and the fact that every mini-game or side mission is incredibly detailed which draws me in. I was playing tennis with Michael and was going to the net and dominated a few points. What does his wife do? She starts lobbing the ball over my heading and forced me from the net. Crazy detail.
This is about a Franklin Mission:
SpoilerBesides the first heist which is incredibly well done to draw you in, Franklin's mission where Trevor shows up and they go to do a deal which goes wrong is just an incredible mission. Fighting your way down the street and then being chased all around Los Santos is a great mission.
The missions have been well done thus far and I really think the amount of heists is just enough. Forces you to play the rest of the game which I haven't touched in the slightest yet. Add a few heists in a DLC and I'll be a happy camper.Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
How in the world are y'all getting these Strippers' numbers AND taking them home? I've been making it rain and flirting with these bitches every time I go and the only thing they ask me is if I want another dance after I've already gotten like 10 with half of them being doubles.

WOW!
Spoiler
So after we finish the jewelry store heist and everything goes as planned...we all come up. Franklin hops in the car to head over to Mike's to celebrate and the first song that comes on is "Straight Up Menace" by Mc Eiht.
A true unforgettable moment. It was a PERFECT selection considering what we just did.

Get one dance. Fill up the like bar (just spam the flirt button). After the dance ends, click go home with them.
You get their number when you leave their house.badComment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
Unbelievable game!
Trevor is my all time favorite character, the man's a genius!
Spoiler
Spotted a random mission out in the desert (with Trevor) and next thing I know I've got nothing but my boxers on and tied to a rail track!
Another little amazing detail, turned on the radio and Lady (Modjo) was playing and Trevor is like "Aghhhh @!%$! &%#! no this @&#" LMAO!
And boy is this game pretty, driving into Los Santos from the desert on a stormy night and its just beautiful! Its like seeing Manhattan from the BK bridge for the first time!Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
Question
I pretty much got tired of GTA after san andreas, and didnt really enjoy gta 4 even though i forced myself to play it. Are there any new dynamics to gta 5 that doesnt make it feel like every 3d gta before this one?

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
3 different characters give it a change. The storyline also keeps thing interesting. At the heart it's still drive around and do missions. But it just doesn't feel like any GTA before it IMO and way better than 4.#1 Laker fan

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
Agreed. I've never finished a GTA prior to Five, but I feel so engaged in this one because of the different characters and how their stories are intertwined. Gives it a unique feel that I felt all other GTAs/Red Dead couldn't capture (at least before I quit. LOL) . I'll definitely be finishing this one though.
The gameplay is the same for the most part, but there's a ton to do and I'm buying in to the story this time.Originally posted by J. ColeFool me one time that's shame on you. Fool me twice can't put the blame on you. Fool me three times, **** the peace sign, load the chopper let it rain on you.

The balance between the characters is amazing, you hear a lot about Trevor but each character is unique and interesting.Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
Had a little down time so got Franklin some new threads, a fresh paint job on the car, and headed down to the strip club.
Ran into an old flame and a new girl. They both liked me and hinted at a three some, but the game never gave me an option.... DamnComment
