Man, some of these NPCs are quick to call the cops. Trevor is walking out after getting his handle-bar mustache cut and his Slingblade hair-cut and had plans to simply walk over to the 24/7 across the street and take some change. There is this chick just standing along side the road so I saunter over to her and before I even reach her she warns me and then gets her phone and calls the cops.

Trevor still visited the store and some cops didn't make it home to their families.

OS 360 crew is 150+ members. I bet you could take 16 in the game and just run amuck.

Also I think it's definitely possible to have 3, 4, 5 different groups from the same crew playing in separate games.

I was riding an ATV with Trevor by Mt. Chilliad and came across some people camping out and sitting by the fire and whatnot. I hop off my ATV and walk towards them(with no weapon drawn)and one of them says "Go away or else I'm calling the Cops". I thought he was bluffing and 2 seconds later, he's on the phone with the Cops and they're on their way.

After they did that, let's just say that me and my Pump Action Shotgun wished them well in their future endeavors.

I'm just going to assume you probably had a gun out when approaching her.

I came across a motocross race that was about to start on the same mountain. It was a lot of them, they were all hyped and eager to start.

I had a somewhat similar experience with a different end result. I walked up to a nice young lady and said, "Hey, what's up?" and she tells me to leave her alone or she'll call the cops. I say hello one more time. She pulls out her phone. I backhand her across the cheek, making her spin as she collapses onto the ground and goes unconscious. Thanks to my quick reflexes, the police were never notified of my friendliness. They didn't come to my location until after I poured a jerry can around her body and dropped a grenade.

...by the way, I highly recommend pouring gasoline on someone and then dropping a grenade on them. Even after the flames go out, you can drop another grenade and they'll reignite. It's fantastic.

Los Santos Rock Radio is cool when I'm playing as Michael. Helps bring me into the game and add a sense of realism.

But yeah, don't completely hate the soundtrack anymore, but there's still a bunch of junk of there I can't get into.

Pervert by the Descendents is worth a listen on Channel X if you haven't already.
I think the soundtrack is legit. I'm usually a fan of soundtracks that may feature a few songs I know and like (Aphex Twin, Eddie Murphy, West Coast Classics) while also offering a diverse and interesting selection of many other genres. Soundtracks made up predominantly of super popular songs that have already been played to death are rough to warm up to (NBA 2K13). In GTA's case, it's fun learning about new tracks (to me) such as CW McCall's "Convoy", whose live video is almost as awesome as the song itself.

I'm with you there. That's the one weird omission in my eyes. Most other genres seem accounted for. Is its absence a commentary on the dwindling influence of modern rock?

I mentioned it a few pages back, but I thought White Zombie would have had a perfect place in the soundtrack for some desert metal riding. I was thinking "Black Sunshine".

The way I see it, if I were camping and saw someone who looked like Trevor approaching out of the darkness, I may have an issue as well.

One of my favorite songs in this game is definitely "I Don't Care Anymore" by Phil Collins. Had to go out and download that bad boy for my own car.
