      Re: Grand Theft Auto V

Anyone read the new Game informer? It has a big blowout on GTA Online. Since its not on the website yet a few pointers I think you guys would want to know. The game is treated like the single player game so you all meet people and get missions from them like you do in the main game.

1.Heists only become available after one member of the crew gains enough cash and buys a high end apartment. Until then they're not available.

      2. Crews have a ranking system like the player does and you get rewards from only being in a crew.

      3. You can hand pick players you want in your session, pick a few members of your crew and allow the game to auto pick the rest. Crew members get automatic matchmaking priority. I know some guys were worried about randoms or another crew ****ing up their heist. (Personally I welcome it...just to take their stuff when we kill them.)

Um there's also user customized missions but it only mentions races and death matches in the article.

Hopefully the article comes online soon so you guys can read it.

I'm a little over half way through the story now and for the most part it has been a great gaming experience. The way they develop Trevor's character is definitely noteworthy. They do a great job of creating various complexities between the three. I am feeling, though, a bit frustrated with the quick "go here and do that" type missions. I'm sure things will pick back up towards the end.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

Maybe its just me...but I only ever do crazy stuff like blowing up gas stations, and trying to steal a passenger plane with Trevor. It just seems like the thing to do

press select, you should get a first person driving view. There are three cameras you can switch between when driving.

                Bawsaq is getting fun now

Grabbed (HAL) when it was $1, now its $8.67

(PIS) was $2.25 and now its $7.97

Only wish I had finished to story and had $30mil to drop, but only had couple mil each char.
Still I've more then doubled my money.

                  Re: Grand Theft Auto V

Why can't my vehicles go to the impound when I die ?

I purchased a vehicle and took it out to the desert to get it modified.

I stopped to snap that picture under the moon light, since I painted it Midnight Blue and some ******* on a tractor started cussing me so I pulled a shotgun on him. He jumped out of the tractor and fired at me with a pistol so I wasted him. Apparently that shook someone in a big SUV and they ran off the road, jumped a rock, and landed on top of my brand new car.

I got in my car, pissed and looking for vengeance. Coincidentally, "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting" came on as I got in and the chase was on.

I ran him down, threw a sticky bomb on the back of his car, veered off the road and detonated it. Little did I know, it was going to cause a chain reaction and destroy multiple cars, including a police car.

So now I have an instant three star on me and the chase through the desert is on with Elton John blaring in my car the whole time. I lose the cops and get back to the shop to repair my car. Some *******s from the Lost are robbing my dude so I chase them down and destroy the van, but my health was all ready low from the police chase and a few bikers rolled up and killed me almost instantly.

I don't think there's been a car that I received that much excitement out of, in such a little time. I love this game.

Really ready for online and hoping for a bigger challenge. Looking for heists where you need everyone involved to be perfect to get away with it.

No interest in doing that. I liked that it was challenging just to beat missions. Replaying missions so you can meet some arbitrary goals isn't fun to me.

                        You confuse.

To much margin for error makes the game so easy it's disappointing. Yet you don't want to play the game with more constraints, decreasing this margin for error, thus making it more difficult.

Sounds like you weren't going to be happy no matter what.

I really, really hate these damn cops. They're easy to lose, but they're so ****ing fickle. Trevor is driving looking for the quarry in Blaine County. I spot a CHIP's officer chilling on a bike along side the road. That was the first time I'd seen a bike cop so far so I decided to get a picture with him. By the time I was able to get to my selfie screen a star pops up and he starts chasing me.

Cops are way too quick to chase you down. I guess that is accurate for Cali though.

Side note: It really feels odd to me not being able to eat food other than at 24/7s and coke machines. I kind of miss limping into a Burger Shot and filling my arteries and health bar with tasty burgers.

Hopefully on next-gen they'll "re-open" more buildings and hopefully fine-tune the gameplay mechanics. Driving is fine once you get used to it and shooting is "ok," but on-foot gameplay is still terrible.

It's weird. It seems like it's a 50/50 proposition for me on whether or not they actually do. I wonder if you have to have a spot open at the impound, like you can't have more than 2 cars there.
