This game hates my xbox. Freezes, crashes, it's a pain in the ***.

I uninstalled the first disc, cleared my cache 3 times, installed the first disc again and then saved to a USB.

Loaded it from the USB last night and aged for 2 hours straight with no issues.

Tonight loaded it up, crash and restart at the loading screen. Restart happens and game loads. As I'm randomly driving, the game freezes.

I don't know what to do anymore. I have an old, white xbox and I know the game gives them issues.

Sucks.

Is there a workaround for the car glitch? Sorry if this has already been answered, I tried to look through the thread.

I found a bat. In contrast to previous GTA's, it packs a little bit of a punch.

What an amazing overall experience. This game was amazing start to finish for me. I loved the missions and the variety of them. It seemed like I did a lot of things in this game that I have never done in a game before in regard to the missions. Before playing this San Andreas was my favorite GTA game but I think this game has edge it out, and we have not even experienced the online yet. I cannot wait to see what GTA will be like on next gen.

Out of curiousity what option at the end did you all choose. I went with option C. There was no way I was going to kill Michael or Trevor. I can't imagine that many people went with option A or B.

Oh, I forgot to post this when it happened to me. It was the coolest/weirdest/most random thing I've ever had happen to me in GTA - in terms of "Holy **** I never thought that could happen."

During the mission where

You go take the 2 sports cars from the kids and race them as the undercover cop

I was driving and got ahead of one of them (I don't remember which one) and was closing in on the second. Obviously these were the souped up very nice ones. The one behind me was driving and we were swerving in and out of traffic. I was ahead of him so as soon as I hit the straightaway I gunned it. He came flying in behind me, and literally drove under my car.

His cars front bumper was so low it went under the rear bumper of mine and he just drove under me. I didn't spin out, I kept driving. Literally - he drove directly under me. Not half. My full car was on top of his full car for a second. He passed me and I drove on like nothing happened still chasing.

That's what RDR used to do to my old one all the time. Whenever I was in a certain part of Mexico with the huge rocks it would freeze up. Frustrating as hell. Ended up getting one of the newer models a year or two ago. Haven't encountered too many freezing issues (Skyrim does it most often and it really isn't that much) with this one.
