I've been cruising around while playing single player and the radio segments about the cloud are hilarious. Everything about your data not being your own, being in one big super computer, prophetic really. This game is great.

Some guy killed me 9 straight times during King of the Castle. I was finally out of bullets and the time was up so I grabbed a car because I had to kill him at least 1 time...I proceeded to plow him over...then I got out of the car to admire my work but by the time I realized he wasn't dead he shot and killed me. 10-0. Fml

You need $1 million before you can do this stuff, right? I think I'm somewhere around $700,000 right now; might sell a car or two to get up to $1 million so that I can do those VIP missions if you make money that quickly through it.

Yes. You don't have to spend anything to do it, you just have to have at least $1MM in the bank to be eligible to be a VIP.

Owning a buzzard helicopter helps a lot too during VIP so you can call it to you at no charge.

I have 1.25m in the bank and have only played online twice and have just died a bunch of times. Guessing I got a game+card bundle when I purchased it some time ago.

That mean there are other things for my friends and I to do then if ~5-6 of us play this at a LAN, all of us new players?

Have a LAN party next month, we're currently lining up games to play and considering GTA. Because I have over $1m in the bank that opens up VIP stuff for me or for everyone in my crew? Or will we be plenty occupied with other stuff as brand new players?
