Re: Dark Souls (PS3/360)
I bought this a few days back for 360. It took a couple days to get the hang of it and now I really like it.
I have a question about the white circles that show up sometimes and the circle shows up on top of my heal spell too. What does that mean?Comment

Re: Dark Souls (PS3/360)
Its a resonance ring, it will slightly increase the power of your miracles when you are near one. It occurs when lots of players cast miracles in the same area. You'll see them all over the place, popping in and out.HELLO BROOKYLN.

Re: Dark Souls (PS3/360)
Everything about this game is top-notch. I love the heft of the combat...it feels heavy and real. I HATE the difficulty of the game. It astounds me people are able to advance. I don't understand why they couldn't have included an easier mode for players who don't have the skills, patience, and mainly time to crawl through this masterpiece of a bastard.Comment

Try summoning other players to help you if you're stuck. Co-op is one of the best aspects of this game.Everything about this game is top-notch. Re: Dark Souls (PS3/360)
Co-Op is your friend....but keep in mind doing THAT then opens you up to invasions, but then you have your two guys against his/her one. Honestly though thats when Dark Souls shines. Especially the patched version killing the damn cookie cutter builds so you come across a greater variety of players.Everything about this game is top-notch. Re: Dark Souls (PS3/360)
LOL... gosh darn it. I have to get to the Duke's Archives before I can even access the DLC. Lame. I went down and killed the hydra and freed Dusk and was like "WTF do I do now?", so I looked it up. Of course it's not easy.
Oh well, there's some achievements I can try and get since I'm basically having to play through the entire game again before I can play the DLC.Last edited by CC; 10-27-2012, 12:52 PM.Comment

Re: Dark Souls (PS3/360)
Yeah... I beat Artorias on my 2nd try as well, I thought he was easier than the Sanctuary Guardian actually. I had him down to one or two hits on my first try but he got me. I beat him pretty easily once I got his moves down... then some ****head invaded me while I was sitting at the following bonfire and one-hit me with some spell.
Now Dragon Kalameet on the other hand has kicked my *** 3 straight times. I've only been able to get him to a little below 50% health, so I think I'm going to need to summon help.Last edited by CC; 10-29-2012, 02:52 PM.Comment
