    So far no but there is alot to unlock and it could come in the form of DLC so who knows.

    Not seeing anything that will have you getting on the ground such as pushups, situps or planks like EA's Active 2. This is another reason I am keeping both programs just for the overall variety. I know it is not for everyone but I need to keep things changing to stay interested.

        I just started the 'Men's Health' program this week...the one with weights.

        Got to say that I was almost dead at the end of the first round of activities. My legs were rubber

            The only things I think they need to improve are:

            1. Schedules. As far as I can see, the men's health program has 12 sessions. I've done 2 sessions now...but there's no calendar etc. I.e. it's up to me when I do them. How often is too often? I'd have liked to know what is a good schedule for this type of program? Should I finish it in 12 days...or 24? Is daily expected? Or 3 times a week?

            (Anyone got any suggestions?)

            2. Warm ups and cool downs. These really should be in there.

              Like Active 2 the sessions are 20-30 minutes for the most part. That short of a workout better be intense if not then you should probably be doing it daily at least 5-6 days per week. Active 2 thinks you should only do 4 sessions per week and doesn't like it when you try to add to that. That work two off two does not work for me.

              So I do the Active 2 on the scheduled days 4 per week and add the Fitness Evolved for the other 2-3 days depending on how my body feels.

                Thanks man. I may combine two programs also. At the moment I have just started a 30 min program using a resistance band...that burns big time. I think I should up the ratio and go to 6 days as you said. It's going to hurt a while

                  No problem. I have to do my Active 2 workout later this evening. Not good since my legs are still sore from yesterday's Fitness Evolved workout.
