There's a way to unlock the game early as my brother is playing it now...

You have to setup a new network on your pc....there's a guide on how to create it. Once you connect log off steam and relog back on and it unlocks.

I'm going to wait since I want to try to beat Uncharted 3....

Eh it's only a couple of hours away.

I finished the very first quest and was finally out in the open world.

I explored, and off in the distance, I found a little camp. I trek over and find it empty. Being a nice little Imperial man, I proceed to help myself to own these unattended items.

Then someone shouts at me, "Who's there?!?" I look back and find these wild looking humans, covered in fur and equipped with bows. Mistaking me for a thief -- when I was, in fact, wearing soldiers' armor -- they proceed to shoot me with their arrows. Not taking this too kindly, I grab my shield and sword and proceed to murder these wild fools, capping it off with a glorious sword to the stomach finishing move on a male wildling.

I then wandered off into the mountains and found a cabin late at night. With cold winds and a full moon, I head to the cabin to seek some shelter. To my surprise, there's a girl named Angi. She threatens to shoot me straight in the head with her bow-and-arrow if I try to rob her. I tell her, "No, I come in peace!" We make small talk and she even teaches me archery, earning myself some level-up points and I show her how alpha my male is by looking at the stars and showing her my "stats." Thinking she was impressed with how I hit her targets inside 8 seconds, I proceed to talk to her to try and make her my girlfriend. Alas, she is still too depressed about certain family issues but tells me we can always practice archery together. Feeling a bit depressed and cold, I proceed to sit down near the camp-fire outside her cabin and contemplate the harshness of Skyrim -- until dawn arrives and more adventures (and women) await.

In short, this game is fracking awesome!

The only midnight release I ever went to was GTA IV. I sat outside in the car waiting until like 12:15 before I decided to go in. I saw a bunch of people outside, thought they were in line, turns out it was just a large group of 20 or so people in single file line talking right at the door.

Just screaming random Elder Scrolls stuff but the worse is I think 90% of them just learned cuss words today and want to try them out as much as possible.
