Pretty sure the only reward for treasure collecting is PSN Trophies.

I went through and found what I thought was a TON and only ended up with half of them. It would have to take something really fun like unlimited ammo or something for me to go back and try to find the ones i missed.

The treasures are only there primarily as collectibles and to unlock trophies.

Well thanks guys finished it up last night on hard, got all the trophies (stackable) associated with it too!
You were right it worked out being OK. Grenade launcher got me through that part.

After I beat it I went online and wow I like it so much better than uncharted 2. However I got the two trophies associated with online and shut it off. :-/

When the dlc hits with more trophies I'll get back into it. Until then I'm going to try my hand at crushing.

Hot debate. A lot of it is personal preference.

For me Uncharted 2 is better. Game is balanced more. No overpowered weapons and no loadouts. Downside, it is sometimes hard to find people online. It is a lot slower pace because you can't sprint around like you can in Uncharted 3.

That said, Uncharted 3 is still very fun. The sprint buttons adds a lot to the game. And the game modes are great. It can be frustrating at times if you run into a group of five players who are ranked higher than you. It's better when you have a group of friends.

So, if I were you I would go U3 simply because you never have a problem finding a game, but with U2 you probably will at times.

I prefer Uncharted to most other shooters right now because the level of creativity the game gives you for kills is second to none. I never really get bored with the game.

I'd finish the story before I jumped into MP espically since you have all 3. But thats just my 2 cents.

I'm currently on chapter 13 on SP and still in love

                            Re: Uncharted 2 online

I will say this, for those that want to play uncharted 2 online, there is a pretty large amount of people playing now. I haven't had any problems getting games in the last few weeks (working on achieving a few more trophies I have left)

A ton of people got the game for Christmas so it's pretty good right now. How long that lasts? I don't know.

That's what it seems like, a ton of people are still playing UC2 online. I haven't played UC3 online in a month, so I'm not sure how much it has changed or evolved. I wasn't that big of a fan for the changes from UC2 to UC3 in the MP area. It's like some of the things Insomniac did with R2 to R3, removing some of the good parts of the MP component and adding some COD like crap. Not everything needs to be COD and I say forget trying to get that crowd and do something unique. Same issue happened with Socom 4, trying to go after the COD crowd.

Uncharted 2 is great in that respect. Didn't feel like a COD game at all. I really enjoy(ed) it. Although on a few of the maps people have found exploits so it's kind of hurting the game on certain objective maps. And I've got the feeling they're not going to go back and patch them up with UC3 out now.

Edit: With that said though I did just buy a COD game and can't wait to get into playing it!
