Tactical Insertion allows you to choose where to respawn. I use it in objective gamemodes. If I'm defending an objective and die I don't want to spawn on the other side of the map and the enemy captures the objective before I get there. So I'll place a TI close to the objective which allows me to respawn and immediately defend it or re-capture it.

I love getting killed next to my TI, knowing the person will camp for me to re spawn. Only for me to run right out of it and kill them. I love doing that, and I've recently fell in love with C4 in Drop Zone, now all I need is Danger Close to maximize my enjoyment...Comment

You can snipe by moving from window to window. Or doorway to doorway. I'm fine with that.
But if you're just standing there prone or laying on your belly swaying your scope from side to side...I have a problem with
that.

I like the idea of a blinking red on radar, I say make it a non perk but have it only effect non snipers. Have it effect Overkill players also so they dont try to beat the system by equiping a sniper first and then a assault rifle second.
I still dont think thats enough however because some of the camping spots are so hard to get to or have such a long sight line that they have a huge advantage seeing you with thier curson already trained on you then you do aiming at them. You could add it to recon, although the pro for that perk is pretty OP. Combined with an LMG, spray and let everyone see where everyone is that you hit, that's just awesome.Comment

The perk causes explosive damage (Flash, Stun, and EMP Grenade included) to paint the target on the mini-map. It shows the target as a red arrow on the mini-map, showing the direction the enemy is facing in real-time, similar to the advanced UAV killstreak. The effect is visible to the user's entire team and lasts for 12 seconds, or six if the enemy is using the Dead Silence perk.
The Pro version is unlocked by painting 120 enemies on the mini-map through explosive damage and causes bullet damage to paint the target as well.Comment
