I always play online with this, no clans, just with friends. By December, most of the people in my friends list will go on to another game, so it'll usually just be jvalverde and I playing.

I just couldn't stick it out long with Black Ops.. but you guys were always good to play with. I got pissed at the game and sold it and moved on and said I'd never pay full price for another COD game again..

Good news is, I've only got money for one this year so It won't be hard to resist the launch day purchase..

I'll probably pick it up sometime later

I guess I just enjoy the fast pace game action. Treyarch games never last with me, but the Modern Warfare series always seems too.

I am getting this that Thursday of release day (hopefully), so it'll be in my rotation for a while then.

I did seem to enjoy MW2 a lot more. I've got over 8 days invested in the online of that game..

I don't buy that excuse. COD's online demos were incredible and convinced me to buy the game.

The WaW beta was to build hype for the game, not so much for ironing out bugs like the BF3 one. The BF3 beta was mainly for testing the servers etc and was a pretty early build anyway.

I'll be getting this on release day. I haven't watched any videos or read too much on it but with COD you basically know what you're getting and I usually stick to online. I always play the COD games until the new one comes out and Black Ops is still in my rotation.

I just hope MW3 does not have the same online issues that Black Ops had in the months after release. Every other game was a "lost connection" so frustrating.

If you want to play with us you can, we will be considered a clan because were buying Elite, but it doesn't mean you have to be affiliated with us. We actually play a lot of team games and do very well. We actual shut out quite a few teams in domination in Black Ops. Add me up, see if you like playing with us.

I'm probably going to rent this game and see how it is before I consider buying. I've already preordered BF3 so I don't really know if it is crucial to have both games.

I do, however, want to see how the story advances in single player. My friends are probably getting this game, but honestly I haven't played a ton of the COD series since the 4th (or MW1).

I found Black Ops offered some nice variety and played the crap out of zombies, but I didn't log many hours in the main multiplayer. I probably played even less in MW2. I logged a ton of hours in the original MW, though, and that is still my favorite multiplayer of the series.

Ima be getting both games. My friends in the real world play MW so I will get this an my OS friends play battlefield so I will get that also.

By December we are the only ones on the PS3 side that I know of playing it still.

I'm getting this game, ever since MW2 I say I'm not getting the next COD but I always break down and get it on release day.

8 days isnt exactly that much.. in COD4 i have over 32 days..

Man, I just quit playing Black Ops. Had about 30 hours logged on that game. Nothing will change with MW3, perhaps getting even worse. If MW3 is great, I'll play it for 2 years.

Blacks Ops frustrated me but I quit playing it 3 months ago. I don't know why but I couldn't stop playing it.

It was really easy I thought. My KD was about 1 kill higher than MW2. Even though my MW2 was about 2.15, my Black Ops was at 3.10.

My K/D was actually lower in Black Ops than MW2, though not by much. I think WaW was my best.
