You can look at the stories on CoDwiki sites, I'm sure it can be enjoyed without any knowledge on either CoD4 or MW2.

It's not exactly a character driven game anyway, just shoot the bad guys

Yea $200 is way too much to pay for the just to get 4 days early. I can wait until my copy arrives Tuesday. I ordered with Release date delivery from Amazon. Any chance i might get it on Monday? Not expecting it too, just wondering if anybody else has a gotten a game a day or two early after a pre order from them?

Depends on what type of player you are. Do you prefer being a team player ? Talking on the mic communicating with your team ?

IF YES, BF3 is for you.

If you like racking up kills and don't care about your team nor talking on the mic, then MW3 is for you.

Either way, you not going to find a shortage of people online in either game. Both of those franchises have a HUGE online community.

Dude, you should know what you're gonna get from a CoD game, fast-paced, twitch based shooter. In BF you're gonna get tactical, slower-paced and more team focused game play.

If you have played any previous instances of the games, that's what you're gonna get. He's already said the servers are down and he's hardly touched the MP. Make your own judgements on what you prefer.

BF and CoD can't really be compared, both offer different experiences entirely.

Honestly, I think talking on a mic is awful in Battlefield. I would say if you want to be able to talk on a mic MW3 is probably the better choice. For the guy who asked, many people play in a party and try to win as a team in Call of Duty games. Simple difference in the two, Battlefield is more like a real war, MW3 is an arcade game that's very polished.

First of all to those saying something about BF3 I havent played a BF game so im not sure how Online is or has been..

Now I know you said you got into free for all games on MW3. Are there free for all games in BF3?
