I like to switch my guns up. It gets old using an Assault Rifle or a SMG all the time. So I have a class for each gun type and rotate them. Shotguns are the most challenging for me. But it seems like every other person who uses a shotgun massacres the other team.

I get rolled by people using shotguns. But when I use them I feel like I'm shooting a bb gun.

Would like to thank authentic for getting me hooked on snipers lol Was using it all last night. I may suck at times but its refreshing to use something new, so I apologize to the team if you thought I sucked but I'm trying to get better at it.

Honest going 40-5 every game gets boring, feel like I needed a challenge.

I have to switch my gun pretty often. I'll start using a new gun, do really well with it for a while, then start playing poorly, and have to switch to a different gun, and I normally start playing well again. It's weird.

I hate how Scavenger was nerfed so much from MW2 to MW3, all I get is ammo for my primary from the blue packages. Back in MW2 I was getting my grenades back and ammo for my Javelin so I can take out multiple Air Units... Now I have to find someone to kill me so I can get more ammo to take those beasts out of the sky...

I felt the same way. That's why I started. My KD has dropped a lot, but it's more fun and less stressful.

Worrying about K/D is too stressful, and kind of ruins the game. Well for one, I'm not even good enough at MW3 to worry about anything like that anyway. But the games I was/am, worrying about score, and K/D was a pain in the ***, it was kind of hard to have fun when every death and match was like some kind of big deal. When it's all said and done, It's only just some kind of e-peen/ego thing, there's some sense of achievement, but it's minute and not really worth it, imo. I was the type of person to kind of obsess over it though, so maybe that's why.

Who plays on 360, add me. I also got it on PS3 as well so you Killzone guys I used to roll with, hope to see you again. Some fun times in Killzone 2. I dont have a mike in PS3 though, its just so bad of quality on the PS3 that even when other have one its either really breaking up or bad quality.

Also guys I played something for the first time lately, Barebones. The game was getting really boring lately so I decided to switch it up and tried it. Its nice to use other perks other then assassin and blind eye without feeling like your losing a major advantage.

My main class I have been running around with now has been:
AS50 w/ Kick and Extended Mags
FMG w/ Akimbo
Frag/Flash
Slight of Hand
Quickdraw
Stalker

I really have gotten tired of getting killed by Akimbo FMG's so I said forget it, i'm using them no matter how cheap I feel. I will not pull them out however unless I get killed by them.

I usually use the Akimbo Skorpions or Pistols. The Skorpions have a much slower fire rate then the FMG's and the Pistols are not as accurate but can get off a bunch of shots fast.

I will also switch out Stalker for Steady Aim occasionally and switch Extended Mags with Thermal along with Smoke Grenades.

In my mind the Akimbo is ok, the FMG's just abuse it so much. The rate of fire with them combined with the extreme range is ridiculous. I have tried the pistols Akimbo, Skorpion Akimbo and FMG's Akimbo. The FMG's are by far superior in all categories. Range, power and rate of fire.

My saying is "If they keep using them and killing me easily with them then i'm giving them a taste of their own medicine"

I agree. I rarely look at my K/D. If I wanted I could roll with the Silenced ACR every game and get a lot of kills but that isn't fun to me. I like challenges and using different weapons and combinations.
