Mine showed by the time I got home from Best Buy, but maybe because I already was a member. Try putting a game in your shopping cart and see if the gamers club discount comes off.

Yeah no discount, guess I'll have to call customer service.

But you have to go in store to activate them, this is from Bestbuy.com


Membership Activation Card

can be purchased online and can be sent to your home or is available for pick up at your local Best Buy store

Purchasing this card does not enroll one into the program. The redemption barcode must be redeemed in-store to sign up for Gamers Club Unlocked and begin receiving the program benefits.

This redemption card also allows purchasers to gift the card to someone else.

The gift recipient would just need to go into any Best Buy store to redeem the membership and must be a My Best Buy member or sign up for a free My Best Buy membership prior to adding the Unlocked membership to their account.

were you a My Best buy member before you bought this? You have to sign up for that before you can get GCU. My best buy is free

Plus, you can just buy it for someone else, did you tell them to activate it to your account? Just tryin to think why it didn't show

I had a date next to mine, but now that I've added another two years, there's no end date. It just says "Gamers Club Unlocked" with the club benefits link next to it. I'll give it a few days before I contact BB to make sure it went through OK.

Yeah not showing that shows Gamers Club then Club Benefits (which can be clicked next to it). Do you think they didn't activate it properly or does it take a while to show?

Mine took a day to show up online.

Yeah I was a mybestbuy member, guy asked if it was for me I said yes, he scanned and said you're activated.

Just not showing it when I check.

Log onto MyRZ.com, mouse over the Rewards drop-down tab and click Overview. Underneath your dollars spent bar, it will say "Gamers Club Unlocked" and the end of subscription date.

As of a few weeks ago they removed that. They said due to the holiday traffic on website they removed the exp date... WHatever that has to do with anything.
Last I looked it's still gone. Haven't checked for a few days though

Easiest way to check is go online and log in then add a game to cart. It will show your discount if it's set up.
Just be warned (And supposedly they are aware of the issue) that in store sometimes the discount doesn't show up. Watch it and if it doesn't just tell them to re-ring it up until it does.
One transaction it took 3 tried before is showed up. I even showed them (on my phone) where online shows I had GCU and gave the discount.
