Took my girlfriend with me to the Microsoft store and traded in 10 games like God Of War, Gears of War 2 and NBA2K12 for $10 each. Picked up 2 copies of GTAV, paid $28 out of pocket. Took them to Best Buy and traded them in for a $92 gift card.

Yeah I got rid of old games that I don't play anymore and are probably worth a quarter to $1 each everywhere else and got $10 each for them.

I need a new 3dsXL since mine the stick went out on it soon after buying smash bros.... I keep almost buying a new one but I know the "New" 3ds is coming out soon isn't it?

Nintendo hasn't announced an official NA release, but most are expecting it to arrive in stores by the fall of 2015.

Technically he paid $28 for a $92 dollar gift card. Netting him $64 to spend on anything at bestbuy.

He took what was worth a couple dollars and turned it into $100. Where he could only buy games on the new consoles. Bought 2 copies of GTA putting out only $28. Took that to bestbuy and turned it into $92. So he now has $64 dollars he didn't have before to spend on anything from Bestbuy.

He had to spend the $100 he got for the old games on new games... So he didn't really pay that initial $100 to total $128. The only way to get it was to trade towards X1 games.

TL;DR he spent $28 to net $64 profit.

So when does this deal end? I have at least 35 games to take in, is there a limit? I could get an XBOX1 with all the old games I have

edit: Just saw the ad for it, credit has to go towards Xbox games, oh well

Download and installation finished overnight Maffers... And as Mikenoob pointed out its the game and premium

Only downside is you have to download all the DLC separately after the fact.

It's pretty fun I must say firing it back up after such a long break

Can you play the game after you download it or do you have to wait for DLC?

You can play the base game. Just can't play any dlc maps until you've downloaded them

Games or pre-orders. I put $10 on Halo 5 and walked out with $40 gift card. I know what the ad says - but it seems like each store is different. Some people have reported trading in 15-20 games a day and getting gift cards.

PS. Picked up 5 $1 old sports games at Gamestop yesterday morning and flipped no probs. Going to different store sometime this weekend to flip 5 more from my collection.

For PC gamers, Steam winter sale ends today.

I picked up Rome total War II: Emperors edition $14.99
Wasteland 2 19.99 PC Mags game of the year 2014
Age of Wonders III deluxe edition $13.99
Age of Empires II HD Edition with some expansion for $4.99

So basically I just bought about a million hours on PC gaming for under $60.00

picked up these at microsoft store for 29 dollars in 99.cent gamestop games

gonna try to land 2 more for another 11 dollars. So 40 bucks for 7 new xone games, gonna score gta with the leftover giftcards and advanced warfare.

Sorry if this posted already but BB GCU is on sale for $30 again. It looks like the "regular" price dropped to $99 as well.
