Struck out on the two Sears that I tried locally. If anyone has a Sears near them and picks up a Sony Gold Wireless headset for me at $30, I'd pay you for it plus extra for your trouble.

My deciding factor was Hardline isn't out until March so we've a good 3 months. Even then I'm willing to bet those who don't like HL will stick to 4 as long as severs stay up.

If you mean the sale I think it's only through the 29th (not positive). Unless Sony decides to extend it considering the fiasco that just was.

The Walking Dead Season 2 available on PSN for $6.25

Till the 29th. Jumped on that gem of a deal. Loved season one and waited for a fire sale on season 2.

Pretty sure it's in-store only. It's not something they ever advertise.

I struck out at one Sears as well, which has no gaming section. I'm going to try another one I head home.

Anyone else have issues with Gamers Club Unlocked linking to their account? Not sure of what to do, I gave it until Christmas to see if it would show up on my best buy but it never did. I called customer service on the 26th and didn't get a clear answer they said there were some issues with it applying for some people but it should be cleared up in a day or so. Still nothing today so called back and got transferred to a different area, they took down what I told them and told me I would receive a call in 30 minutes to an hour regarding the issue. That was about 4 hours ago.

This has just been a really frustrating situation, I'm trying to stay on top of it so I don't have to deal with a headache when I actually want to purchase a game but am I better off going in store? Who do I talk to there? Do I need to ask for a supervisor with customer service or something?

I have around $100 in Best Buy credit, do you guys think k I could get a Steam card with it? I remember I had a Target gift card and they wouldn't let me buy other gift cards with it.

Make a post on their forums: http://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/My-Best...d-p/gamersclub I found this is the best way to get something fixed. Every time I've had an issue, they have fixed it within a couple of days.

There a lot of people having issues with this. From what I read, there are 2 different GCU cards. One with 1 barcode and one is a gift card GCU with 2 barcodes. People are picking up the one with 2 barcodes and BestBuy is only scanning the top barcode when you buy it. They need to remove the yellow sticker on the bottom barcode and scan that one also.

The $10 Microsoft deal is back until Jan. 4th. Trade in any 360, XB1, PS3 or PS4 game and get $10 minimum towards a purchase or preorder on a new XB1 game.


Perfect time to get rid of your old sports titles. Last time they gave me $10 for All Pro Football 2K8. Limit 5 per customer so take some friends with you.
