There a lot of people having issues with this. From what I read, there are 2 different GCU cards. One with 1 barcode and one is a gift card GCU with 2 barcodes. People are picking up the one with 2 barcodes and BestBuy is only scanning the top barcode when you buy it. They need to remove the yellow sticker on the bottom barcode and scan that one also.

That's the one the lady got for me and scanned however she scanned both Barcodes however. I may have to make another trip back.

Yeah same happened to me, the guy scanned both. Looks like I'll be heading back tomorrow if I have time, if not then Tuesday.

At my Best Buy they just had the GCU cards hanging next to all the other cards, PSN, XBOX1 etc.. There wasn't 2 different ones,I told him to add it my account when I checked out and had no problems with it showing up. Like I stated earlier, my account was updated by the time I got back from Best Buy which was about 15 mins

Bought and downloaded Telltale's The Walking Dead seasons 1 and 2 for $12.50 total the other day during a PSN Flash Sale. Great deal!

The $10 Microsoft deal is back until Jan. 4th. Trade in any 360, XB1, PS3 or PS4 game and get $10 minimum towards a purchase or preorder on a new XB1 game.


Perfect time to get rid of your old sports titles. Last time they gave me $10 for All Pro Football 2K8. Limit 5 per customer so take some friends with you.

This is a good deal and chance to pick up an xbox one for cheap if you can get them to do more than one transaction, some stores do and some dont. If you dont have any old games just stop into game stop and snag up some .99 cent games and turn them into a new released game for around 5 bucks.

Price matched Sears DS4 deal for $25 at Walmart Friday and picked up the white one. Hell of a deal but it only makes me want the white PS4 a lot more!

Anyone know if there are any deals on the 3DS XL right now? I think I just missed one that Target had. I checked the big box stores but didn't see anything.

Everybody might want to check Target. It started on the 28th, but Target is having a 50% off discontinued games and system bundles. The blue Smash Brothers and Yoshi 3DS XL's are ringing up for $99. The 500GB 360 bundles are going for $125. The prices will probably be marked regular so just ask a worker to scan it for you and it should come up half off.

My GCU has disappeared completely now.

When I purchased it in November, it showed up on MBB account with an expiration date. I purchased two more years before Christmas and the expiration date disappeared, but it still said Gamers Club Unlocked.

I checked today to see if the expiration date was added and now it doesn't say GCU anywhere on my account. I did throw a game in the cart to test and the discount applied, so it is active. Weird that it just disappeared though.

With no exp date showing I just made sure I printed out my purchase of GCU and a PM I received from Best Buy saying my exp date in Nov of 2018.

Purchase history only goes (I believe) 90 days which is why I printed it.
With some of the issues I've had dealing with BB I just don't trust a year from now them not saying my GCU ran out.

I need a new 3dsXL since mine the stick went out on it soon after buying smash bros.... I keep almost buying a new one but I know the "New" 3ds is coming out soon isn't it?
