      Those ambient sounds are awesome.

The map mod is extremely useful looking too.

Question for phobia... With you adding all these additions to the OS pack it seems like it would be simpler if I just deleted all my mods and DL your one stop shopping mod. You concur?

I had a blast playing with you guys yesterday. Look forward to doing that again. I promise to wear pants next time.

Tomorrow is the start of the Rainbow 6 closed alpha so I'm sure I will be on that most of the night.

So apparently when you launch from the launcher now your mods installed manually do not show up in game. I have to launch the game without the launcher to get them to work. It's weird it works like that now. I could have sworn it used to not be like that or else I'd have never used the launcher to begin with.

The launcher will see them once you select them under (mods) and point the launcher to the correct folder.

See an earlier post on it above.

Yea that's pretty much the point, the @OSTactPack will contain all the necessary mods for everyone here to run the exact same everything for a tactical experience no matter who hosts. This also helps prevent any version issues.

You can still keep your other mods all separate like @Task_Force_Radio, @ST_HUD, @AGM, etc. That way if you want to run certain things on your own missions you have options. Just when all OS is playing, just run the OSPack.

I have mods that I installed manually through placing them in the Arma 3 directory. The launcher does not show them. The only thing the launcher ever shows is whatever I have through the Steam Workshop. If I launch with the launcher I am only able to use my mods from the Workshop. If I launch Arma 3 without using the launcher I can use all my mods installed manually and my Workshop mods.

Have you tried adding their location through the Arma 3 launcher like I had to.

                          1. Launch the Arma Launcher
                          2. Click the mods tab
                          3. Click the folder+ button at the bottom of the launcher.
                          4. Select the mods not showing up in the Arma 3 launcher under your Program Files, Steam, Common, Arma 3 folder.
                          5. Afterwards they should appear in the launcher to be sellectable.

Yea, it always saysthere is no local mod located and fails to add.

Then your mod folder location is wrong.

In your main ARMA 3 folder you have your @ folders

Inside of your mod HAS to be a addon folder or you will get the "no local mod location" error.

Then go to your launcher and choose the +Folder. Your location should point to the @folder mod you want to show up.

They all do have addon folders , that's the strange thing. As long as I launch without the launcher it works, so I'm good though.
