I'll be on 100%. We should have 4 or 5 of us if you join us. Joining is super easy, I can walk you through it in no time. I'll type up a quick how to so you can get step up and ready for this weekend.

You can have your controller all you want, I just hope you can bind it to do everything you need to do

Glad you might be joining us man, I'm in ARMA 2 literally almost every night. So you won't have a shortage of multiplayer coop missions to do with a fellow OSer.

I added you Phobia but didn't get to DL the game or anything.

I wanted to DL it and play with it a little bit..get in some practice on the controls first before trying to join up with you guys...

Do you need a mic and headset? Wonder how that'll work.. I have my PX5's if it takes those.

Yea I was just getting out of ARMA 2 when I got your invite, was getting off and heading to bed right when I accepted it.

I use my X-12's for the mic, but lately we have just been typing because I been rocking the 5:1 surround sound instead. I need to grab a separate desktop mic for that situation.

From my understanding the PX-5's are only for PS3 and 360. That is a fantastic headset. Now if you already have sound you can just grab a simple mic setup like the 360 had http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Sennheis...&skuId=1535202

Just spend the 50 bucks and get a decent unit that works with the PC like http://www.staples.com/office/suppli...21&KPID=101321

Now with that said, a mic is not critical off the jump. That is something you can get at any point. There is other ways to communicate.

To be honest I'm not sure. You could always plug them in and see if they work.

We got some friends coming over tonight to eat, so I will be tied up till later in the night. Now with that said, I do plan on getting on after they leave which will most likely be between 9 and 10pm central. So if you get it installed and setup before then, I'll look for you online once I'm done if you are interested in trying some coop.

Its super late now and Im just now able to get to the last part of updating once i selected the mods..good lord.

Question is, do I launch the game through here from now on or can I still do it through Steam?

Didnt know I did. All I was doing is using Neweggs combo savings thing. Did I mess something up, I know certain things about this stuff but I am completely lost on a bunch of others.

Launch through sixer instead. That is what sixer is for, to launch the game with correct mods!
