It's legit. There is one of those for each class. Would love to have the Gunzerker one.

Yeah, it's a legit mod. All classes have a true legendary mod besides the ones Terramorphous drops. They can be found in vending machines as Item of the Day or Vermivorous The Invincible drops them.

Just found another Orange Grenade Mod. In red the lettering it says,"Forget the fastball Ricky, throw him the heater!"

Anyway, my favorite grenade mod is the homing singularity type.
