Really happy about this. Tales of Symphonia is 1 of 2 games I ever owned on my Gamecube. It was a great game. Then I picked the franchise back up on the 360 with Vesperia, and loved that one too.

Picking this up tomorrow, but probably won't start until after I finish ME3.

So who's got it? Any thoughts yet?

I'm having it delivered today, I just couldn't wait - Localized JRPG's are so few and far between these days.

Why didn't you get Vesperia when it released on 360? I got to the last boss battle, and got my tail kicked because I went in and triggered the third stage of the boss fight (optional). After taking a break my 360 data got erased.

My copy of Graces F will get here from Amazon some time today, and then I can play when I've finished with Mass Effect.

                Because I don't have a 360 - I meant I wanted it ported to PS3.

Well, I guess you could always import the PS3 version and follow a translation guide, lol.

I picked it up today and played for about two hours. I like it a lot and it's a game my 11 yr old son can watch with me. It's cute and innocent like a Studio Ghibli film. They have attached basic artes to the left stick and attack button. I think once you get secondary artes you use the other button...so that's a bit different.

Vesperia is one of my favorite games of all-time, but this one is off to a good start...albeit a little slow, but still enjoyable.

Heads up - game has a lengthy mandatory install. I'm putting this at at least 4-5 GB judging by the progress bar.

Edit: Yeah. Back of the box - Required disc space 4300 MB.

Yeah, It's pretty slow in the beginning, alright. But it's very obviously setting the table (that much is obvious by looking at the front cover), so I'm willing to give it some time.

I like that my party members (well, one of them who has a first aid skill) is healing me when needed. Kind of odd that said party member is also the Tank (at least for now).

There are actually a few harsh moments in the story during the first few hours. Nothing as dark as where Yuri went in Vesperia, but surprising to me anyway.

Of the few Tales game that I've played Yuri was my favorite lead.

                              1. Yuri
                              2. Lloyd
