I too find the save points a bit unorthodox. It doesn't necessarily save where you think it saves.

What I do is create my own save file and check to see what the little picture next to my save file shows. If it's my character where I was standing when I saved, I know I'm good. Often times, it's an action or two before.

So I either make the decision to do something next, maybe go outside, anything that will get the little save icon going (that doesn't involve a step in a quest) and then manually save again. Usually that puts me where I originally wanted to save.

That's how I've done it at least.

It is odd how the game merely saves the last autosave rather than recording a new save. What I do is usually run around until the autosave icon pops up, then set the archived save. It usually takes a screen change, but a fast travel would probably be better.

I actually killed the bum in the truck before I picked up the quest, but don't feel bad. I spent hours looking for that last one too - going over each little "square" of the city thoroughly because I was stumped.

How are you doing that? I have a controller connected but can't figure out how to change it?

Make sure you have the controller connected before you start the game. There's no option in game to switch from KB&M/gamepad, but if the controller is connected first it will recognize it.

alien probe mission. Having to mash S on the keyboard fast enough to fart out the black dildo (wow that's a great sentence) is damn near impossible. Plugged in my controller and pressed S on my keyboard with 1 hand and the A button on the 360 controller with my other. Filled up the entire bar in like half a second. May be a little cheap, but **** that sequence. It got old to me after the 15th time I failed it with the keyboard.

I really like this game a lot, but some of these minigames are ****ing annoying. They are just flat out under-instructed. I'm near the end I think and so far two had me stymied:

The stealth fart, what it shows isn't really what you need to do and there is a bug in the left analog thing where it will fluctuate wildly if you start doing it even a hair too soon. Had to look that one up.

Also, this damned abortion minigame, the second part had me wanting to throw the controller. I had to go look it up and apparently you have to move the left analog as fast as possible, which is both unexplained as well as counter-intuitive. I mean, if you are reaming a guy with a glorified coat hanger, it seems you should do it slowly and carefully to avoid bloody ruination, not as fast as possible. How's that for a sentence I never would have dreamt I would say?

I've seen this posted quite a bit on different forums, and I don't understand it at all. These are the type of jokes on the show. Not sure how someone can not like the show, but find the writing/humor funny in the game.

I don't know to be honest, everytime I watch the show, there's something that puts me off, I feel like they are trying too hard, or it just isn't funny to me, but the jokes in the game just come across smoothly. Can't really explain it, I did used to like the show when I was younger, but lost interest in it as I grew up.

It is a wired Logitech controller. It works for other games but it doesn't like this game sees it.

I has a weird situation. I was doing some side stuff and I wasn't able to save. It was greyed out and it wasn't auto saving either. So I lost like 20 minutes.
