I've always preferred Treyarch's take on the multiplayer, but liked IW and now Sledgehammer's take on the SP Campaign.

I think that's why I'm a little underwhelmed by all the crazy technology displayed in the trailer.. just seems like something they may use as another gimmick to draw people in.

I'll reserve real judgement for the actual game, but that's just my initial thoughts and impressions.

I hope I'm not alone on this but when watching the trailer did anybody else get reminded of the Terminator movies. That was the only thing I thought of watching the trailer.

I say at first I won't buy it but then I usually break down and get it. I just wish the games would go back to being more authentic. I'll be more interested when they finally release all the info on multiplayer as that's where I will spend most of my time.

As always this trailer is not really for me cuz I don't care about the campaign. I just want to see what the mp looks like.

I am glad COD actually decided to, you know, make a new game for once. I don't know if this one will be good or not, but the game has basically been the same game ever since they moved to modern warfare games and I am glad they are at least making something different. It had pushed me off to Battlefield BC2 and BF3 as of late.

I might buy it.

Battlefield 2024 was a great game, but even with the new approach I'll probably sit this COD out.

Ok after reading a couple of these I might have changed my mind about the campaign. Sounds like they are actually trying to make it interesting. It might actually be more than just a fresh coat of future paint on the same old formula.

I'm thinking that I might try to fight and play through a single player campaign this time. Looks pretty good honestly. I still need to get down with Battlefield to see the differences but I'm just getting turned off with shooters. Trailer does look good though. It did remind me a little of Terminator too. Sexy stuff honestly.......

Well since it's a Treyarch game I will defiantly buy for zombies. I really don't think I would buy it otherwise though. I mean I'm sure I will play multiplayer and it will keep me occupied for a couple weeks, but zombies will sell this game for me.

2025? They are taking a leap of faith with this move. I was completely turned off by the trailer. Looks like a mix of too much. Riding horses, robots, hover cars, normal cars, something that looks like the Batman jet(in the 3# trailer).

Honestly it doesn't even fit to expect that kind of stuff in 2025 anyways. Treyarch was my fav over iW and now Im just off of both. They shouldn't even call this black ops 2 IMO Too far of a jump from the last Black Ops.

Wow homie slow down. Give it a chance. There is no way of really knowing if what Treyarch is doing works or not.

Many have been stating that they feel stale about the farnachise, and wanted something different. Well here it is.

Now we dont know for sure how it is going to turn out, but lets give it a chance. I respect the fact that they are gambling here, and really givnig us something different.

I'm very curious to see how this turns out. It may be the best thing since peanut butter and jelly

With COD4 I first bought it for the single player, and then jumped on the mutiplayer. ever since that it has been about both for me.

Your right most do buy it for the multiplayer. I'm in the minority that actaully buys it for both.
