My new favorite thing in this game is to spam EMP grenades. Chuck an EMP grenade at a building or an objective filled with enemies/equipment and watch the points rack up from assists/equipment destroies. It's also fun when enemies get a sentry gun, guardian, or AGR. Nothing like destroying their precious scorestreak reward before it has a chance to even think about getting a kill.

This. Coupled with Scav and Engineer, the results are hilarious.

Last night was one of those nights where I couldn't hit the side of a barn. It was bad, usually I log off & play something else cause its no fun dying alot.

I'm not enjoying this as much as the original Black-Ops at the moment. Might be a combination of smaller maps and the terrible respawn system, but probably 90% of my deaths come from being shot in the back, and 75% of those are probably from the person I just killed. The respawning is terrible IMO.

I feel like I am always being flanked or shot in the back. And I am usually always in a firefight 3 seconds after spawning myself.

I hope it is something that can be patched.

I think one of the biggest problems with the game is it's just to fast. Everyone flying and spinning around. I much preferred the pace of COD4 and World At War which had a more controlled pace and everyone felt more grounded not like their on ice skates. This is another reason why I think the lag is alot more noticable.

Combination of bullet penetration and lag comp. The three were lined up, and when you've got the most powerful sniper in the game, sending a bullet through three bodies apparently isn't that tough.

Between 10-50 feet that thing is boss hog.

The burst is hard to get used to for me though

I like using the Chicom SMG as well. It's hard to get used to the burst because I can't ever recall an SMG in a COD game being a Burst fire weapon on default. I was using it on Full auto after unlocking select fire, and it was mowing down people in Close quarters, but burned through ammo like crazy.

Doubt they can patch it, it's due to the Smaller, tighter maps that lend to spawn flipping.

I agree I think in future CoD games they should not let you use Lightweight + Extreme Conditioning together as a combo, especially if they continue down this road of making super congested, tight maps.

That is why Scavenger is one of my favorite perks. On hardcore CTF (which is what I mostly play) while going for the diamond camo's on the SMG's I have been running Lightweight, Scavenger & Engineer with 2 EMP grenades. I rack up points.

Haha you're right about the 3 seconds. You spawn and get about three seconds to get your bearings and take a deep breath.

Many times in TDM I will see me and my team of 5 randoms will be all spread out and know that there is no place for the other team to spawn safely. The map is just too small.

Well,I have to say...there are 2 things that are starting to make me rage..lol
I did decide to prestige,it isn't all that bad,I chose the extra slot and chose to prestige my type 25,so I had to unlock all the stuff for it again,no big deal as I don't run with but 2 attachments on the gun anyway.

But on to my rage....

1- Target finder....who in their right mind thought this would be a good idea? I see sooooooo many high prestigers running with this,it's absolutely pathetic...could it be any more easier to get kills? I mean seriously...do people suck that bad that the need this "crutch"?

2-The damn shotguns.....I've lost count how many times I've gotten the jump on a dude,sit there and unload on his ***,getting hit marker after hit marker,only for him to run through my bullets and 1 shot me with the shotgun.

I understand shotguns are very powerful,but this is ridiculous....nobody should be able to survive a round of assault rifle rounds only to be able to run right through it and one shot you.

I still am enjoying the game,but these 2 things have been driving me absolutely crazy lately,and I'm seeing more and more of it every time I play.

If you hate Target Finder that much, use Cold Blooded, and you don't show up as red on it anymore.

I personally hate the target finder. Obstructs the field of view way too much. I'd rather just rock the irons and use the extra attachment slot on something useful.

I'm liking this game more than the previous games last few years. Got it when it first came out and played my first Hardcore game last night and loved it...when you shot someone they go down. I also hate shotguns, I understand they are powerful but some of the range kills i've had on me were ridiculous, especially when im shooting them first. Also agree about the spawn points at times being very bad. I like using the HAMR, always liked LMG..really miss my M60, called that my Harley Davidson, wish it was in this MP. Played the single player and used it and got excited for MP.
