Well I checked in the box and their was no code on the manual or on an insert. I just had the pre-order bonus codes. I alos went into my PS3 downloads and there was no online pass listed there. I would have thought to that being a EA game there would be one.

It took 8 hours to complete on Supersoldier, doing all the side stuff, so it was indeed shorter than Crysis 2. Still, at least me I was enjoying the game more than Crysis 2 for much of that time, mainly due to the more open level design. I will say the bow is definatly OP though, not that I didn't enjoy using it despite that.
I felt like Crysis 2 was more open. I definitely enjoyed that one more.

Guys who have the game, what do you think about the graphics - compared to the 1st Crysis? I've been watching some Crysis 1 videos (console) and some 3 videos (console), and they both look nice. But I really liked the look of the first game - it became my favorite graphics-wise. Can this one match it?

We're talking about the console version.

Thats cool that you like Crysis 2 better, different strokes for different folks after all. I would definatly disagree that Crysis 2 more was open though, at least if we're defining open by the size of the levels of the two games. Basically about 70% of the levels in both games seemed to pretty comparable in terms of size, with both having some corridor like parts here and there. The remaining 30% or so definatly seemed bigger in Crysis 3. I don't remember a level in Crysis 2 in my couple playthroughs of it, that was as large as the largest levels in Crysis 3 (namely the section leading up to the dam, and the second to last level).

If we're defining openess by the amount of ways to approach combat and how the enocounters are designed both games are pretty similar in that regard. No approach to combat that was in Crysis 2 was taken away in Crysis 3, and the only real changes were the addition of the bow, more alien weapons and hacking. Though I could see how a player would be tempted to use nothing but the bow, since it is OP.

So yeah, like I said , if you enjoyed Crysis 2 more that's cool, though I don't see how it could be considered more open, from a level size or combat options standpoint.

Having played the console versions of both, I would give the edge to Crysis 3 from an technical perspective. I don't think you will find any console game that looks better than Crysis 3, in outdoor environments. Some of the outdoor stuff really is remarkable for a console game. The indoor environments don't look quite as impressive as the outdoor enviroments, though. The rough spots you would expect with the outdated hardware seem to be more noticable in the indoor environments (jagginess and blurryness mainly). As far as Art direction, I would still probally say I like the setting of Crysis 1 a little more, though I do like the overgrown city theme in Crysis 3 as well.

The campaign is weak. The mulitplayer i was impressed with though. Much better nanosuit management this time around and gun play is very fluid. If there was a playlist with the speed of play and jumping with the nanosuit on without cloaking the game would be crack.

Watched a review on this by GameWeasel, he made mention that the campaign was 'sandbox' but broken into sections. How true is this?

I didn't think sandbox when I played it. More wide straight boxes.

So my impressions of the game are about like most her Campaign is not very good at all. Boring. At no point did I feel drawn into the game by the story or characters. The gameplay itself was so meh. Nothing special at all for me. I mean the bow was kind of cool but that's about it.

Multiplayer was exactly what you would expect. Not my thing but for anybody that's into the standard MP shooter stuff I would say this one is about the norm these day.

Anything on single player DLC? The scene after the 90 minutes of credits would imply there's more.
