I am sure I am in the minority but I love the GC. Does it have as many titles as the other consoles??? Nope.

But the games that is does have that interest me are "Top Shelf." Nintendo developed games just scream quality. Metroid prime, Zelda, abnd Viewtiful Joe are three of the best, if not the best, games of this generation.

Now if I could only have one console the GC would not be my first choice. But it makes a great complimentary system just fort the first party games alone.

I agree that Mario Kart was the shizznit, but I think I've grown out of those games. I rather play a realistic driving game than a shell shooting, coin collecting kart game. It was pretty fun some years ago when I was always over my guy crib and we'd always have a 4 player game going but since we all seperated, its just no way for us to get together on a consistent basis.

                  I agree with Injun.

Plus, the GC keeps the wife busy and allows me more XBox time.

I would be willing to bet that 90% of gamecube owners have a second console. You cant say the same for PS2 and XBOX.
