GTA 4, RDR or LA Noire?

Okay guys. I need your opinion on something. Since I bought Max Payne 3 from Amazon I get a $10 credit towards the purchase of a Rockstar game (I tried it with GTA 5, didn't work ) So I can choose from one of the three above.

- GTA 4 Complete Collection (comes with the Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and the Damned)

- Red Dead Redemption GOTY edition (comes with the zombie addon)

- LA Noire The Complete Edition.

Now, I played some of GTA4 (no addons) and RDR (no addons) and never finished them. I never played LA Noire. Whichever game I buy would cost me $20 after the coupon. I'm stuck on what to get, so I'm going to put up a poll and see what you guys think.

Of those 3 I've played LA Noire the most, however, it seems to be a divisive game on here.

For $20, I would go for GTA4 simply for the add-ons.

I love westerns so I would say RDR then LA Noire , with GT4 coming in last place.

I would go with RDR. This is one of my favorite games this generation.

RDR, undoubtedly. I love GTA, but I've experienced it time and time before. Never have I experienced anything like RDR before.

Just wait till GTA V if you want to get one. I can't say much for L.A. Noire, but I don't think it has too much replay value (or finishing power).

My vote is far L.A Noire but I also loved RDR so you can't go wrong with either. I would pick L.A Noire just bc there is no game like it. Just do your research and know that your not going to get an action game where you kill people. It's a slow past game that plays out like a season of a TV show like the closer. THe clues you get around crime scenes open up diffrent places to go and interview people. You then have to read there faces to see if you think they are telling the truth r lying. I think it took me over 20 hours to complete it and i've been wanting to go back and play it agian. You can play games similar to RDR and GTA 4. But you can't play anything like L.A Noire. It's easily one of my top 5 fav games

Call me crazy, but there were parts of GUN that I found more enjoyable. RDR's world is great, I just didn't really enjoy the side missions or main storyline.

RDR is the best of the 3. Cant go wrong with GTA IV. LA Noire just got really repetitive.

I thought the oppsite of LA Noire and I thought it got less repetive then other games. Each cash lasted about 45 minutes and then a new case would happen. I do think there is some replay value but it would prob be better to wait a few months between playthough that way you forget some of the clues and people and outcomes.

I'd for sure go with RDR. I like GTA, but thought RDR was much more interesting.

Since you say you played GTA4 and RDR and didn't finish them, I'm going to draw the conclusion that you just aren't a huge fan of either game. Considering it's different than the formula the other two use, I would suggest LA Noire. Of course you have to remember that LA Noire isn't an action game, it's pretty much the opposite of that considering most of the game is talking to witnesses/suspects, gathering evidence and driving with traffic.

If he started RDR and GTA and didnt finish them there has to be something about those games that didnt just blow him away or he would have finished them. Try something diffrent and go with L.A Noire. You could prob get the non complete game a little cheaper and save u some $
