    Re: Watch Dogs

Just from a random Google search, this is the only info I've found regarding the game's soundtrack and it's from March 8th:

PC Games’ Olaf Szymanski has uncovered some new details regarding Watch Dogs. According to the german gaming website, Watch Dogs will feature songs from Alice Cooper, Rise Against & Public Enemy.
Going into slightly more details, Olaf revealed that Watch Dogs will let players enjoy a variety of known and less well-known songs.
“Among other things, there are songs of Public Enemy, Smashing Pumpkins, Nas, Weezer, Alice Cooper and Rise Against.”

Not sure if anybody's seen this or not....

One huge caveat/punishment Ubisoft implemented is when you do turn off the Online Option, all your skills accumulated are reset to zero. You read that right. They all get reset to zero. All the online-specific skills reset to zero as punishment for not wanting to play online, something which is entirely disappointing. Either you keep getting invaded, or you get punished for wanting to play sometimes and not other times with the online mode.

This is an early review of the game Watch Dogs - We are all slowly making our way from GTA V to Watch Dogs, the next generation open world experience.
People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.
“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert
“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack Lambert

        They gave it a 7.2

"The biggest takeaway from the review? Watch Dogs on the new-gen consoles looks like Grand Theft Auto IV on the old-gen consoles. "

"WCCF Tech has allegedly come under some pretty big fire for putting out an early review that doesn't coincide with the plutocratic rules of the Doritocracy. But at least gamers now know that if you don't want the welfare edition of Watch Dogs, get it on PC. Get. It. On. PC. "

Lol this online cap sucks so bad.

I just don't give a rats behind slot being online all the time. It's annoying how they're trying to shove it down my throat here.

Anyway my copy is paid off and the midnight release is in order as well. I'm ready

That's idiotic. Instead of making me keep it enabled, that's just going to make me disable it from the get-go and never even give it a try.

Seems most think this "review" is fake and they in fact don't have a copy. It was funny reading all the comments.

I'm guessing they'll eventually change that, if not then I probably won't be picking it up.

The screenshots in the article look much better than GTA V.

Yeah, I'd hope so. I don't want to be invaded and hacked all the time when I just want to chill out, relax, and have some open world fun. My gaming time is too damn short to worry about crap like that.

Do I want it on sometimes? Absolutely. But forcing us to keep it on lest we lose all of our bonuses is absolutely idiotic.

For real. Turning that off from the beginning then.

Ubisoft is ****ing up big time with this online force strategy. Surely a day one patch will fix it.

Didn't an interview mention that the game will shift away from it if we routinely ignore prompts to chase or invade someone else - that it would recognize an unwillingness to play online and make the interactions occur less and less as you play ?

I'm personally okay with it on because it seems like it won't happen frequently to distract you. I believe it can't interrupt a mission, and I feel it's part of the game's allure to hack or be hacked.

But I get why others aren't happy about it.

Yeah, I got the impression from one of the interviews that if I just accepted a mission and then went and did other stuff I wouldn't get hacked.

Don't care either way really. Looks neat but will just ignore it if I'm not interested in dealing with it. Hope I come across the same kind of people when I go hacking myself
