Just takes time. Make sure you are going through the single player campaigns to get used to hitting moving targets.

Once it clicks, it is something you won't ever have to learn again for a FPS.

Getting some serious FPS stuttering today after the update. New drivers and everything. Yesterday it ran fine, looks like I'm not the only one.

I'm actually playing the campaign mode for the first time. I like it. Its fun and 4 hours is plenty long enough for me. I ain't got time 4 all that, lol

I unlocked the rex and there is also a test range. Happy times

I'm pretty much a lifetime .60 KDR guy if you average out my BF and COD games.

I've been at it online since COD2.

Sorry to say, for some of us, you don't get better LOL. But the beauty of BF is fulfilling your role as a squad member and contributing in other ways besides a flashy KDR number.

On the other hand, if you have a squad of guys who can't shoot, all the ammo packs, health packs and recon in the world won't save you.

That is one of the reasons I really like BF. You can be the MVP of a match and have a negative K/D ratio. If you are capping objectives, giving ammo, healing people, arming MCOMS, etc., you are helping your team and scoring points. Every team needs role players. I will sacrifice a few deaths if I know Im putting pressure on the other team because they constantly have to worry about me planting MCOMs.

I could sit back and have a pretty good K/D if I wanted to. I tried that in 2 games last night and had better than a 2/1 ratio, but I felt like I wasn't helping my team as much. I need to be in there with the objectives. I always spawn into where I see there is a fight. I get of lot of deaths as soon as I spawn because of that, but I need the action and I don't really care about my K/D as my BF3 stats will attest, lol.

My play style is similar to Koolie. And I know this from playing with him. Which is why I like playing with him because I know he'll be at the obj with me. Always about capping OBJ's. I'm usually a 1.3-1.5 K/D ratio but play aggressively. If I really cared I'd play more cautiously and use a ton of more vehicles but I'd rather grab an engineer kit or assault and just go all out.

This is why my recon kit is never maxed out. If I do recon it's almost always with a shotty getting up close and C4'ing the crap out of everything.

I want to add that if you're the last squad member alive, DO NOT head out by yourself going Rambo. Let others spawn on you first. It's not worth taking 2 or 3 guys then dying when you could have waited a few seconds just to have 4 guys spawn right at the objective.

I think the best way of improving your game is just to be aware of what's going on. Sometimes you're better off not shooting at a group of enemies running down the hall. Let them move on and take the objective after giving them some time to move on. Situational awareness is key in this game. You'll find your K/D and spm will improve as you're spending less time at the spawn screen if you know when not to shoot.

I'm king of this. Often you will find me blending with rocks or hiding in grass because I suck and without teammates I'll be dead in a second.

Yeah I play with a friend who is literally shook of getting shot at so he often sits behind things for a large amount of time without moving. I like playing with him just for the fact that he's a reliable mobile spawn point. He has like a 5% accuracy, but he still helps the squad a lot since he's not dying much as well as just laying down suppressing fire. It helps a whole lot being able to spawn behind the enemy line.

On the other hand, if he's just running out there and shooting at everything that moves, he's not giving much to the team. You just gotta know when to sit back and let others spawn in as reinforcement.

I mostly play with the same squad of players and each of us always sit back being the last squad member alive. It doesn't matter how amazing you are at shooters, you're better off waiting for someone else.
