I just sold the game for $43 on eBay. Not bad at all. With GCU I pretty much paid $5 to play the game.

Eh. I don't typically play DLC. It certainly wouldn't be worth the money I'd lose if I didn't sell it now.

Haven't been able to play this yet because both my sons wanted to play it first. Will jump on it this holiday weekend (along with GZ). Youngest son beat it in a little over 9.5 hours with 3 survivors. He loved it and wants to play again and save everyone. This time he has to wait me out.

Oldest son is mesmerized over Mad Max at the moment...LOL

Two things bug me about this. One is the unskippable "previously on until dawn" cutscenes. The other is that so many of Dr Hill's questions have a choice of two answers and neither fits.

You need to find the Diary in the mines in the last chapter. Its when you get into the water by the waterwheel. A guidance Totem gives a clue. You also need to find the photo of Hannah's new tattoo. I forgot where that is.

I'm only starting chapter 4, but I already have a feeling about what is going on

There are two killers (even though one hasn't killed anyone yet):

1. There are some "monsters" in the woods, considering the stuff with the old mine and that they seem to see by movement like a bat, going to assume an old cave in trapped a bunch of miners and they became like feral and blind (even though that's ludicrous). The "crazy guy" in the woods hunts these things, that's what the twins were running from and why he was using a flamethrower and tried to reach them to save them.

2. Josh is the guy in coveralls and wearing the goofy mask, he brought everybody to the cabin to take revenge because he blames them all for his sisters' deaths.

So far, nobody has been murdered.

Ok, so even if you didn't somewhat confirm my suspicions, it's confirmed at this point (ch 6 spoilers)

So, in the twin's diary you find, you can flip back a page talking about Josh seeing a psychiatrist and seemingly institutionalized for feelings of "loneliness", sounds like a certain Dr the guy in the mask talks to that obviously doesn't exist. Then you can find the camera, the lighting catalog, the fake newspapers, as well as finding a card from a meat supplier with a saw and blade listed on the back, and to top it all off earlier as Sam I found an award for best horror film from 2009. Although, how anyone couldn't know your parents made an award winning horror movie is beyond me, I know I would tell and show everyone because that would be cool as ****.

I'm a big fan of Quantic Dream and Telltale but what Supermassive Games has done with this game, they've set the bar on QTE's and Choices. Should I go here or go there? Do I do this or that? They've really captured it well. I wouldn't grab my wallet and rush to a movie theater to watch teenagers in the cabin struggle to survive against a ???????? But this game? This game has drawn me in, and has me wondering what I need to do in my next chapter. It's brilliant.

I've noticed that each time I see the good Dr., I've just completed an hours worth of gaming. Heading into chapter 4, I've played about 3 hours. Couldn't believe he had a snake, needle, and clown all there in his office for me from picking at my worst fears test with me. SOB even scolded me at one time.

Lost Ashley (1st death) in Chapter 3. I don't even know what I could have done differently. Someone came out and did a Freddie Krueger and yanked her out of the house window. What a way to head into Chapter 4!!!!
