Well I can upgrade my existing 300 Voidfang I guess. Got 50 heavy synths though. Chest engram gave me crap

Just reading that. I don't know what is wrong with people. I'll never understand the need to ruin other people's fun just for the "****"...I would love it if Bungie did the same thing to KermitTHEFrog.

The kid learned a valuable lesson there. Dont trust strangers.

Best way Bungie could help the kid out is by opening up trading across the entire game. Its a complete joke that there is no trading in the game right now. Open up trading and users everywhere will be willing to give him free stuff. (and my friend can give me one of his 3 spare Gjallahorns...)

What's the point of playing if you have every weapon and armor? That would make it way to easy to get what you want.

Trading would definitely ruin it for me as well. Part of the allure, despite the occasional frustration of just not getting the drops you want, is the search for cool loot. Especially in a game like this where there really aren't THAT many top tier weapons.

Just my opinion of course, but I really don't want them to introduce trading.

Yeah, there is no better feeling that getting that weapon/armor you really want to drop. That just happened to me as I got the Vex to drop for me on only my 2nd VoG run just now. Its given me the drive to keep playing for a bit longer in hopes of getting a Ghorn or Hunger of Crota.
