I guess he could sell the bounties instead of the weapons themselves, but that's kind of lame, and if it's that you need him for the bounties like several of the current ones, that changes his nature from something exciting to an obnoxious speed bump.

The only reason I go to him now is to give him a little teabag and run away. I guess he'll still serve that purpose.

Switching should xp should actually make it take longer to max? I had 1 char at max in a week at HoW, and all 3 probably 4 days later.

RNG is just taunting me now with TITAN exotics from the POEs.


I dont have a Titan.

Sigh. I just want the friggin Bones of Eao before TtK and all these awesome changes drops. Its the only HoW exotic Xur hasnt sold, and I cant get an exotic engram for it because no Warlock boots. At least the Ram/Eternal Warrior has a chance to roll from an exotic engram. Ah well...at least running around with Lord of Wolves in the Prison is so damn fun.

Credit to Reddit on this one: The first introductory mission from TTK, it's supposedly very short as an introduction to do some storytelling. The actual missions are much longer than this I've heard.

Video is awful, terrible quality but it looks incredible.

So I have the disc version of the game now. Is anyone going full digital and buying the digital edition that includes everything? I know I'm pretty much re-buying everything but I want to go digital with this.

I am not finding the motivation to raid anymore since the recent announcements. I was hunting for Fatebringer and the Crota helmet. Bungie will have come up with an incentive to keep playing the raids.

My plans until Taken King:

Edge Vanguard for all 3 chars

Edge dead orbit on my titan

Level new Monarchy to 3 then edge to 4 on my hunter

Level Future War Cult to 3 then edge to 4 on my warlock

Edge crucible on my warlock

Edge cryptarch on all 3

Fill postmaster with daily packages

Week before TTK fill my bounties with high xp bounties

Not much else productive to do

1. consider getting all the golden chests for that year one accomplishments banner

2. Probably not doing so

3. Trying out crucible

4. Hating the hell out of crucible

5. Play something else until TTK releases

All I have left for the year 1 award is beating Skolas and the golden chests. I don't really have the motivation to do it however, so I think I'm going to continue letting the game collect dust until TTK drops. I feel like waiting another month to make the game fresh again in September will do wonders for me, as I lost ALL motivation to play a couple months ago when the HoW wore thin.

I am quite excited to jump back in next month, as I do like a lot of the changes forthcoming.

Destiny

I'm barely level 19 and have been putting in some work as of late. Could someone go into a little detail about the DLC that's already out. Is it really needed or should I wait for the September DLC? Thanks
