Nice look man.

I just got my first shave (it's so cool that's a feature in a game like this) but chickened out on the haircut. I figured they'd crop him or something but I also forgot it's like the Middle Ages in this game. LOL!

Side note: I decided to take the plunge and skip ahead to the possible game killing "Pyres of Novigrad" bug. I'm getting all OCD and need to know if I got the bug or not.

Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god! The girlfriend just left after an extended stay with me for the holiday weekend. I'm finally gonna get some real time in! Since Thursday I've only been able to squeeze 30 minutes in here or there while she's taking a shower or something.

I haven't even thought about giving this game a second play through yet. It's absolutely amazing and I do think it'd be fun to try some things differently (specifically how I upgrade geralt). Problem is a significant portion of this game's greatness is the story telling. I have to hope I forget most of the quests so I don't know how they all end every time

No game breaking bug is gonna hold Geralt back.

Passed it with no problem (feel bad for those that can't, though). And yeah, Triss is a fox. So double whammy.

Well I freed the spirit in the tree and saved the kids but that made the hags mad and they cursed the barons wife. I found the right doll and the Baron and his daughter said bye to each other. I went back for my reward and found the baron hung by his neck.

Talk about dark...

is the wife alive or is she dead too? Did the daughter seem to have forgiven the Baron? I wonder what ends up happening with the spirit in your guys games. I stuck with my decision to kill it and I definitely have a different scenario playing out. So awesome how they made this game

Anyone seeing any benefit to using non-witcher treasure hunt gear and weapons? The Feline gear is still quite powerful at level 19-20 as it was at 12.

She died but since I picked the right doll she got to talk to her daughter and husband. In the scene with them talking the 2 didn't say nothing to eachother. The Daughter still resented her dad but the mother did say she was glad to see the 2 together

I don't know if its been mentioned in this thread, but the second level upgrade for Quen is crazy good. Lets you maintain a bubble shield that regenerates a lot of health when you get hit. Best ability I've seen in the game so far.

Seriously this was a game changer (playing on blood and bones) when i stumbled across it and cut down on having to micro manage swallow and food and the potion that instantly restores vitality. I've ate it plenty of times but often enough with the alternate quen leveled to 2 or 3 and just throw on that active shield when i hit a rough spot (or some coward bandit is shooting bolts)

How did you guys end it? When you first walk in after retrieving the stuff from the cart I could tell something was up and then at the dinner as well. We bumped uglies and then I confronted her at the tower, I ended up killing her.

Also stumbled onto the Allgod quest, takes like five minutes but is pretty funny.

I convinced her to give me the notes and to take refuge in Kaer Morhen where she would be safe. I just realized that I don't know where the notes went, I might have sold them to a ransom vendor. Hope I don't end up needing them

I messed up the allgod quest. What happens if you tell the guys upstairs the truth?

Only Barber I've seen thus far is in Oxenford, horse armor dude is back in white orchard he's the guy you saved from the griffin in the beginning of the game, he's set up adjacent to the bridge in that main town there.
