I really enjoy reading the notes and journals, and character and Bestiary entries...The Witcher 3 is an amazing game!...quiet a learning curve tho!...especially if your playing on Death March like me.

Been playing everyday since Monday and the farthest I've gotten quest wise is IN CIRI'S FOOTSTEPS. I can't stop venturing around the land to save my life.

I treck on foot mostly too. I'm a hoarder so I pick up herbs everywhere. That, horse mechanics, and random world encounters keep me going by foot overland.

Sometimes my controller rumbles randomly. Is this simulating Geralts medallion shaking? What does that mean?

Really the only issue I have with the game in general is that it's a bit clunky at times. I think it looks good, but not great. A lot of the textures seem very dated but the characters look great, especially in the cut scenes. Skyrim on my PC looks better than this game. But I'm very much so enjoying The Witcher.

It simulates the medallion shaking, stamina running out, stamina replenishing. Dunno bout enemies nearby.

I'm confused by that board.... Is it me or are there limited quests? The very first time I grabbed everything hastily, expecting to read the quests in my quest log... Out of 6 in the board one was a quest? Is that normal?

I think it rumbles when your shield spell times out too.

Absolutely. I honestly forgot that I even had a horse for a minute!! However, there was one thing about the traveling that rubbed me the wrong way. I was walking through the woods when all of a sudden it said "you've reached the end of the world", but I was no where near the edge of the map.

There was still a nice chunk of land when I checked the birds eye view. That was terribly done I have to say. There should have been a mountain range or a body of water that stopped my progress, NOT an invisible wall. Come on now.

I think it's a little random. Every post on the board does not equal a quest. If you keep visiting it you may unlock more.

From what I found the smaller squares unlock ? marks while the bigger ones give you quests.

Also be sure to read some notes and bounty Board papers you get as this unlocks some side quests as well.
