I can easily say this is the best game Ive ever played. Funny how the best games are the ones that have you making emotional decisions....

The Walking Dead w/ Lee and Clem
Mass Effect with various decisions too

....but this game is just on an epic level.

Everything about it is perfectly crafted. Your a Witcher and there are not many like you, and not many THAT like you, hence why you play the game as a lonewolf. Your highly trained and badass, but you do not just become some 10 ton badass like characters who wake up in a vault or learn that they have some magical dragonborn element about them (looking at you Bethesda).

The dialogue actions are dynamic...sometimes you can use a sign, sometimes you have to make a quick decision like how telltale games do it. It's awesome to play this game on the hardest difficulty too, challenging but not frustrating, and you have to really manage your resources effectively.

At this point I just want to know when the next Witcher game will be out....[emoji2]

Ok...I think I've waited long enough...
...my backlog of games is still too high, but I think it's time I took the celophane off the game and started playing this.

I've had it in the drawer since last December and was waiting for the right time...

They're working on a new game: Cyberpunk 2077.

I'm sure it'll be great just due to how hard that development team works, but I gotta see if it'll be my cup of tea.

Ok...I think I've waited long enough...

me to, started it up yesterday. Early on, but so far so good. still trying to figure out some things, like I have potions in slots, but how I use? Just finished the beast main story line mission, where you take the head to the black guard. Yennifer story line. whats best way to disperse or use all the different loot? sell?

Just made it to Novigrod. So happy to be in the big city. Having played the previous two games it is great bumping into the old gang.

Yea I went to their website last week and saw the cyberpunk blog. I am excited for that too, but the world of the Witcher is much more interesting to me.

Anyone who's thinking about buying The Witcher 3 should wait a little while longer as CDPR has already confirmed that a GOTY edition is coming out sometime this year.

Hell knowing CDPR they will probably add another 16 packs of free DLC in the GOTY addition just as a thank you to their fan base.

Can't really argue about picking up the game now as opposed to waiting since that's exactly what I did. Hell, I purchased the game digitally and that says it at right there. Was just letting people know that a GOTY edition is coming.
