Do you think this game will get a next gen remaster? Or do you think they are too all-in on Cyberpunk to work on something like that?

Best we could probably hope for is a PS5/XBX patch to make things even prettier.

          Good to have you back.

I can't see it, honestly. Not with the work for Cyberpunk and the announcement of a new Witcher game after.

Ive had this game since launch and never played it then 3 years ago I played the game and got 10 hours in and lost my save and didnt want to restart so I went to play other games. Well I figured now is a good time to restart. Im about 4 hours or so in and its nice to be playing this game again.

Can I just say this game looks and plays amazing at 1080p 60 FPS? Because yeah. I just picked it up discounted for PC (GOTY edition, so it includes the expansions) after getting a Geforce RTX 2060 and I'm floored.

I've had it for a long time on PS4 and I did enjoy the gameplay ideas and such there, but with it being 30 FPS it always felt off for such an action and reaction-based game. I felt the same about Dark Souls originally, for reference.

Feels completely different at 60 FPS and looks fantastic. I feel like I'll be able to play it all the way through and really enjoy it now.

Finally beat the game and the DLC. What a ride. Sad it took me so long to beat. It’s amazing how well the side quests are done in this game!

The real question is how long until you dive back in?

Started full playthrough four a while back (in just over two years) and am still seeing new things. I'm sure you see how it ruins other games in general. CDPR are magicians.

Yeah it makes me excited for their new game this year. I wish I had played the prior 2 Witcher’s. I feel like I missed some stuff from previous games. Like who certain people are and the unicorn jokes.

*cough* there are eight books as well *cough*

Have to say, reading those last year made my third playthrough even better (also played Witcher 2 for the first time). It was great knowing the background.

That being said, it's my only concern with Cyberpunk...going from a fantasy book series with lore to a video game, compared with a tabletop RPG to a video game. Adds the choice (e.g. character creation) but how it plays out will be interesting.

I thought they did a really great job of presenting the savagery of humanity against the backdrop of a grim-dark fantasy/lore setting. I don't see why they would have problems doing the same treat in a different environment.

Anyway, I've been itching to run through this again, but can't decide if I want to do a NG+ on PS4, pick it up on the Switch, or wait until I get a new PC.

                                PC.

Just wait a bit longer and be amazed.

It's amazing how much better this game looks and plays at higher frame rate and this is coming from someone who has played through the game on PS4.
