Didn't know if I could choose a different server. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I'll see if that works. Where do you chose the server?

When the game is connecting at the beginning, look to the bottom-right hand corner. You will see a message saying something like you are connected to East coast server. Just press the X button and it will bring up more options.

Reset your modem and router as well if you haven't done that in awhile.

I like the 40mm cannon.

I try to depend on the Titan Chasis I use. With the Ogre I like using 40mm, but also using slow powerful weapons that pack a punch like the plasma I think and I forget the one that launches three grenades. I also think it is best to match weapons with your tier kit. So if I have that wall shield I'll definitely use slow weapons because I don't have to worry about getting hit behind the shield. Frankly for the Stryder I always use that wall shield. It's durability is terrible.

Depends on the gametype, but in general the chaingun with the accelerator is really good overall, especially for killing pilots. The 40mm is my favorite for killing titans, assuming you have good aim.

I actually prefer to hide in buildings and hunt Titans.

I see a lot of people trying to do this, and its not really working in my experience. The pilots are the most dangerous when titans are already engaged in battle with each other, but even then I'll take a moment to turn and quickly shoot a pilot thats trying to help.

IMO it's just user preference.

I think you need to tactically drop a Titan. Too early and the opposing team could take you out and counter attack with multiple drops at once on you.

Elevation is key for pilots. From there you can see where the NPC is shooting at and get a fix on human players. Also satchels from the top, or a better chance of getting the rodeo, and just easier to hit weak points.

I enjoy both sides of the fight, it just depends on the situation. Some maps I'll just use my Titan in guard mode for a distraction to get enemy pilot kills.

The game (IMO) doesn't revolve around "if you're in a Titan you'll win".

I had a god mode like game tonight. It was a hard point match and on my first spawn I used the burn card that reveals everyone on the map. I utilized it lol

14 pilot kills
0 deaths

Just flat destruction, only reason I didn't have more pilot kills is they started just staying away from me or only staying in buildings.
