You can honestly play this game by yourself and have a fun time. Playing this game co-op is so easy.

Yea I know. I played a ton at launch. And I had fun when my buds weren't on, but its not the same queuing with randoms.

Not to say you or anyone else can't have fun solo/matchmaking, like JareBear stated above, the game is just way better with friends, IMO.

I'm with you guys. I haven't played since the end of March/April. The end-game was awful. I had tons of fun getting to level 30, but once I got there it was "enough." A shame too because I thought the game and DZ had loads of potential, the mechanics just sucked all the fun out of it.

On PS4 and as far as I can tell, no one plays this anymore.

I read a little about the coming update but I still don't really understand the changes. Maybe I'll check in once it drops and people give their impressions. If they ever increase the level cap and add more story elements, that would be the biggest incentive to me.

The whole world is still very appealing in terms of a setting. A prequel set before and during the crisis (while the city is still somewhat normal) would be real neat.

I know one of the big changes is you can set the world level outside the DZ to match your level, so you're fighting random NPC's at around 31-32. With the appropriate level drops;The sets, High ends and such. It affects the story missions as well. Not sure how that works yet though.

That's a good change.

Sometimes I think about re-downloading the game. I bought the season pass and everything so might as well play it all the way through at least a little bit.

It's on sale at BB for $29.99 and I have a $15 certificate and trade ins... Will cost me around $5... Makes too much sense.

Supposedly, sometime this month. Still have the game and definitely will be playing this again, especially during the winter time as the snow and cold comes in. The fixes do sound promising. Didn't see any info or notes from earlier posts so here's more details regarding the changes, fixes, and add-ons. Unfortunately, no new NYC boroughs..

I have been playing this game since the release date. The player base/community, overall - are not happy with the upcoming changes in 1.4. I'm glad to some people are thinking about coming back.

They are changing a lot, I MEAN A LOT. If you took a break, that's great but if you've been working on builds and gear sets since 1.2 or 1.3, it's not good.

Yea, from the looks of the notes, this isn't a re-balance. It's a complete overhaul. Pissing off the dedicated people that stuck around only to try to seduce others to come back. Hope this works out for them.

It may be too late though as I think a lot of people have traded it back in. I was always just a filthy casual but I've still got my copy and will probably give it another shot.

It needed a complete overhaul. I haven't looked at the notes yet but obviously they realized they lost most of the player base and are trying to do something about it. I'm love the mechanics but there's just not enough to keep me coming back. Playing once a month to get my supply job seems like the most efficient way to up my gear score so that's what I've been doing.
