Just got done a mini marathon session with my buddy. My excitement for the full release is through the roof now. Had so much fun.

The M1 is an absolute monster by the way. It's a one hit kill machine with headshots.

I enjoyed the time I played with the game last night. Looks like joining a game is pretty simple. Catch22 joined me somehow when I was playing solo and we got passed the 1st mission. Looking forward to playing more this weekend. DZ may have to wait for a little, doesn't sound like fun.

Hey yeah, that's me, Catch22, happy to see a few fellow OSers on! I had a lot of fun last night playing with you guys and some other of my friends. I'm very impressed with the game so far to be honest because I've really been wanting a game that is more of a social experience.

It also helps that I'm a huge fan of weather/snow in games and this one has it in spades. I really wish EA could copy this weather engine for their sports games, notably Madden (and NCAA if it ever comes back) cuz I really love the snow.

Also, it's funny because I've always wanted a game that has snow and is set at Christmas time and this year I get two of them with Rainbow Six Seige and this game. Just a personal positive thing I know most of you won't share but nonetheless...

You going to be online tonight? I tried jumping in last night and helping you guys a bit. Their is a lot of things I love with game, some things I hope they tweak with AI and loot drops. Environment top notch, love the modding and rpg, love the splinter cellesque controls, love the social aspect, menus, and map. We need to venture into DZ and see if we can make enjoyable experience.

Damn, didn't realize that was you. Would've gotten on again, but wife wasn't feeling the video game night. Probably on this weekend though. I need to give this game a complete run through before I buy the retail. R6 Seige is already soaking my time as it is.

I play siege as well. Need to group up for that as well. I feel you with wife, haha. Mine was supposed to work tonight, now coming home early. [emoji16] so might be on later than sooner. Im on EST.

The only negativity I'm seeing is that people are complaining that it takes clips to take people out, and that is their fault for not researching the game.

At times, the ai does do some stupid stuff, though I'm sure the farther down the line, the smarter they get. Let me tell you... Getting pinned down by 5 guys all tossing nades at you, by yourself, sucks. Haha

Can you be more specific? What negative things are you hearing. I'm playing now solo and I'm enjoying it. The amount of billets it takes to get a player down is something that I can someone complaining anout, but that's how the game was set up.

Played the beta a little while ago and thinks it's good. My only complaint is the amount bullets it takes to kill enemies. Had fun online becoming rogue lol..

This was definitely by design after playing the game. It wouldn't be a true gun fight if you could just headshot everyone. That's what COD and BF are for. Trying to flank your opponent (which the AI did to me last night) and being forced in a bank forth type of battle was intense IMO. I really liked it.

Sure, throwing nades and snipping people is cool (and realistic), but you'd be able to blow through games quickly and easily. That's not what this game is about, the grind to level up is what's drawing me to it.

Yes, each weapon shows a damage number when selecting them. Shotguns are higher than pistols, etc...

But the damage being delt also takes into consideration on whom you're shooting. Bosses or guys holding the better gear will take more damage than your regular thugs running around.
