    Re: The Order: 1886

Something new in Ready at Dawn's The Order: 1886 franchise could happen, the developer has teased. According to DualShockers, creative director Ru Weerasuriya told Game Informer that "the IP has a future," though it remains to be seen if this could be a new game or something else.

"The best way to answer that without giving anything… how can I say this… Is there a future? Yes. That IP has a future."

Game Informer shares a podcast broadcast with Ready at Dawn about a sequel as well as other projects...

This game was okay. Love the story and graphics but hated the mechanics. I would love for a sequel.

I enjoyed The Order and I would like to see Microsoft pick them up to showcase the Scorpio Hardware. Their Art Dept and Tech Guys are magicians. I'd like to see them get another shot at it!

If they make a sequel it better be much longer than 6 hours.

Game took me over 14 hours to finish on my first playthrough. I still believe that those who say six or so hours just literally zoom through the game as fast as they can just so they can claim the game is short.

A 15-20 hour single player linear campaign would be more than fine by me. The franchise was always meant to be a trilogy. Ready at Dawn is developing a current gen game and I would be surprised if it's not the sequel.

14 hours? What were u doing? Is that a joke? The average hours to beat the game is 7. You must be like those sloths at the DMV in the movie Zootopia if it took you 14 hours to beat the game Lol.

No bullcrap. My first playthrough was just over 14 hours but I was taking my time and looking for all the collectables in the game. It also includes dying a bunch of times which also extends the playtime. In short, I was taking my time and enjoying the game.

Took me right around 10 both play throughs and I take my time. I got the Platinum for the game, but even on Hard and finding every collectible I wasn't pushing 14. You indeed take the crown for being the slowest, lol.

You should report this on howlong so the average playthrough climbs and more people play the game.

Then Red Dawn will have more publishing support to make another gem like it.

It took me about 10 hrs. I knew the game was going to be short so I took my time.

Man am I glad I didn't allow metacritic to keep me from getting this game. Got it for 5 bucks over the weekend and I am really enjoying it thus far. I'm just beyond my 1st Lycan encounter and the council meeting about whether to take action

To be fair it's great value for $5 (I paid $8 a while back) but not so great if you paid the full original retail price.
