This is true and if they add base building to the game eventually, I'd almost say its a must. Minecraft, Terraria, Starbound are all fun enough on their own, but they really shine when you play on a server with a group of other players and build your own city together.

I am also now on the Atlas path and on my third system.

I have had just one crash and it was during my hyperdrive.

I have now accumulated 1MM credits and am gunning to earn another 1MM more before I really splurge on a bad *** deep space explorer ship with great cargo space and weaponry. The Alpha Vector is good enough to get me by till then. I am in alliance with the Gek. In really good actually.

I found my first barren planet in the third system I discovered (The Red Star Federation System as I named it). It had an abundance of Emerald. Also found my first real ice cold planet and named it Fridgia (after the Oscar worthy 1980 film Flash Gordon).

Had a few tussles with pirates going after my expensive cargo. Shot a few down...and also took off from a few who were kicking my under powered ***.

The color palette, the music, the simple and highly responsive controls.....so far I love the game. It remains to be seen the longevity it will have.....but my early impressions are I will end up pouring at least 60-70 hours into it with ease. If it get's more variety as I go along this could be a long term game. If it is same old same old after a few dozen planets....the novelty will wear off.

So far through 7 discovered planets and one moon the variety has been awesome.

I can't seem to stay connected.

And I keep getting a ton of stuff but have no room for it. What's the easiest way to expand inventory?

You have to buy a bigger ship, bigger multi tool thing or a bigger suit.

The pods on the planets. Each one has a new inventory slot for your suit. They go up 10-20,000 units each time. My last slot was 100,000 units.

Thanks for that, because even though I gave a smart *** answer.... I really didn't know. Are they just random or is there one on every planet?

I heard that our Lord and Savior Harambe never wore a suit, so I won't either.

So how do I find those pods? I'm still chilling on my first planet because I'm scared to leave

Just got my first suit upgrade. Only one slot though. I am really loving this game. Need to sell some gold and get some anti-matter now.

                                And found something ominous.
