Yep, the same as a few of those in the console threads who spew out the same redundant crap.

It's destined for the "Classis Threads" thread, imo.

And I agree Bolt, weather outside here in CO is freaking terrific right now

This game could learn from pizza and be more warm and delicious and garlicky. I can compare them because they are both things that I consume for money. Fair is fair.

I haven't been able to play this game since the first few days of getting it, but that's because work is in the way. I'm disappointed that experiences aren't as varied as they maybe could have been, but I'm still going to reach that 50 hour mark or so if I can to see if there is any reason I should continue venturing toward the center or not. At long last, I'd like to collect some trophies for sure.

Too simplistic in its approach or too repetitive, or both?
When I said "Game is massive flop" I meant that in a general way.

When I say I have not touched it since Madden dropped.....I mean exactly that.

I still like the game....but I have not had the urge to play it. So that tells me that it does not have enough substance to be a must play everyday......I will go back to it.....and I played the living crap out of it for 2 weeks.....but I don't feel like I am missing anything.

It was pretty much the same rinse and repeat actions. Find planets, set down, mine resources, rinse and repeat. Dog fights....all exactly the same.

Game is gorgeous, does some things really well......but it has no real substance other than what I can imagine in my own mind.

This is not a AAA title in the least bit. I guess I am spoiled by games like Mass Effect, Far Cry, Skyrim, Fallout, Batman series, etc.

This can't hold a candle to those games and I guess I rather invest my gaming time in those titles.

There is zero pay off with this game. And I came to that realization after 30 plus hours of doing the same things over and over and over and over. Every base looking exactly the same, just wow man....no variation. Even the planets starting all feeling very much the same with different skins. Caves.....all the freaking same stuff...over and over and over. Getting into the sea's and diving...awesome at first.....then the same thing again and again and again. Creatures.....all started looking the same.

                                The buzz is gone.
