They HAVE to patch in a settler management option. It needs to be easier to manage settlements in general.

I've been just picking perks based off need rather than utilitarianism or luxury. Run into a thing that can't be picked? Level lockpicking. Terminal that can't be hacked? level hacking. At a gun modding station? If I have a perk, and am high enough level, level gun nut.

but you have to select your setup pregame somewhat - when I was doing that I almost felt like non-fallout nerds wouldn't know what the hell to do and then get pissed later when they can't get what they want or wish they chose something else

I lost Piper last night. Looked for her for 15 minutes before I finally find her...stuck in the ground. She had fallen off a rooftop and glitched out. I could still talk to her, so I sent her back to the Drive-In. Fast traveled there and she was nowhere to be found. Had to reload a save and lose a good 30 minutes. This AFTER I had to build stairs to get to Codsworth, because he somehow managed to get stuck on top of a house at Sanctuary. God, I hope some of this ridiculousness gets patched. Lol! Ugh!

But...the fun of the game is finding everything out and exploring for yourself. A person I find at some point in the game is just as spoilerific as a house I can find at some point in the game, no?

(And yes, I'm just showing/commenting on how ridiculous the spoiler debates have gotten on this site.)

The way I look at it. If I was that worked about about spoilers I would be staying out of the thread. It's like going into a thread about a movie and being worked up about people talking about said movie. I'm on board with not spoiling plot though.


Anyways, unlocked local leader Lvl 2 last night. My sanctuary is hopping. Got shops and a bar that' are always packed. It's really nice having a couple cap sources right in town.

Now you guys are just being childish. There's obviously a very fine line with the contents of this game and what is or isn't a spoiler.

But why all the sudden, in a game that likely has more "spoliers" (we all obviously have different opinion's on what is and isn't) than any other game ever are we pretending we shouldn't TAG SPOILERS??? Lol it's almost mind boggling.

Ricky24...you can't be serious with the above comment. That has never ever been the case with any other game. What is the point of the forum's? Surely its not to read spoilers post after post....

Only solution is to spoiler tag the entire thread. Additionally, we must spoiler the descriptions of the spoiler tags as well to avoid spoilers by proxy.

Did he say who that person is and where and how you meet that person? It's a combination of info that creates a spoiler.

(And yes, you're just stirring the **** just to stir the **** and it's a great way to decrease the ridiculousness of the debate.)

Everyone has a different definition of spoilers though. A spoiler to you may not be a spoiler to me. And he is right. If someone absolutely wants no spoilers on a game they shouldnt go anywhere near a place that is talking about it.
