Re: Will the prices of games ever come down?
Game prices will always stay the same forever. I remember NES games being 50 bucks, I remember Genesis and SNES games being 50 bucks. I remember PS1 games being 50 bucks and for some titles, the prices almost never goes below the 50 buck price range. I remember Virtual Racing for the Genesis being 80 bucks, the highest priced game of that time.
We're actually lucky nowadays as places like Funcoland, EB and Gamestop offer low prices on used games and they're always having diffrent types of sales and promotions on new games so we're actually lucky we have what we have. Back then, if you wanted a game thats been out for over 2 years, you'll still end up paying 50 for it. Now those video game storse will get it to you at a 20 and under range. And some titles price goes down only after a few months. Plus there has been quite a few titles that have been released at 30 bucks and 40 bucks recently. I'm not really complaining.
