Definitely loving Raiden in this version. Just feels faster and less stiff. Also been playing around with Cassie and Kenshi. Need more time but starting to pick a crew.

Raiden is awesome. I'm digging Cage and Kung Lao as well.

Caved and bought this today. Do I dare try to play online? Every fighting game I play online seems to just be who's the better spammer, which isn't me.

Probably just gonna stick couch versus against some of my boys for awhile.

Lots of OSers on PS4.

I don't know if its just the result of release day/week or if the xb1 talent/competition is low but I haven't matched up against one opponent I could not have beat. My losses amount to me either trying to force a combo for the sake of recording a clip or not being familiar with my character choice. For now I am trying to stick with Mileena and unlocking her player card set.

My experience with the players I've faced is that most just don't do combos and spend a lot of time button mashing or spamming a special move.

I feel like with Injustice I often met up against a player with the same technical savvy or more. Maybe MK has a more casual gaming base and they just like to land/see fatalities???

I've played only three matches online but the first two were button mashers that were quite easy to beat but the third match I lost to a guy who spammed Quan Chi's teleport attack. I need to learn how to punish that.

I would play more online but for some reason it takes me forever to find a match. I usually just give up and play single player.

I'll be on tonight for XB, haven't played any online yet. Finished story, unlocked all areas of the Krypt, have a lot of alternate costumes now. Completed a couple towers. Still trying to find a main this year.

Is it just me, or did the story end really abruptly? Shinnok never really seemed like a threat... Cool that Cassie defeated him, but there wasn't much build to him really.

Also, SMDH my two favorite characters (Mileena/Quan Chi) die in the most brutal ways. Maybe Shang Tsung will help fill the void in the next game in place of Quan Chi if Chi doesn't return. Don't even know about Mileena though. Maybe Kitana clones herself to make another Mileena and make her a minion?

Coming straight off of MK9 into this game is like night and day. MKX is balls to the wall fast and you need that block button if you want to sniff success at all. I've done the Test Your Might tower and stopped at the beginning of Chapter 5 in the story. Graphics are awesome and I'm loving the presentation of the story so far. The most trouble I've had has been with the meter special tutorials and just getting used to the speed of the gameplay.
