Beat the shadows, now i'm on rom the spider thing, this is a weird boss, it's not like over the top, but it's like a really tough battle of a attrition, glad i'm not arachnophobic, this fight would be a nightmare lol, still kinda creepy tho.

I might take a break from rom and grind and find more items, i got kidnapped and killed by some giant creature(not the sack man) and it took me to a new area i unlocked, now i can go to the nightmare plane, it lives up to it's name, it's pretty brutal.

Beat my fist boss last night. What a completely satisfying experience. Having never played a Souls game before, I'm blown away at how good this game is. It's difficult but the satisfaction of accomplishment is unmatched.

Do you use rest mode? You may have to close bloodborne application and restart.

No, I waited for a solid 10 minutes both to summon and be summoned bc I had 70k souls and had no idea what the boss was. Then I died when I couldn't get help or help someone and a basilisk came out of the ground 2/3 of the way through the boss fight and cheaply killed me.

Then I was being careless and got killed from behind on my way back and lost my souls. So I tried invading for 5 more minutes and got nothing.

But I got the boss just now on attempt 3. I tried summoning again, and still nothing. IDK if its my level or if its bc this was the area that was supposed to glitch pre-patch and ppl are afraid or something.

He not hard just that it overwhelming at first since you see all those spiders. I'm only fought him 5 times and I was able to get his health to 33% twice before I got killed. Those arcane attacks he do is to much, and those spiders can do some damage if your not paying attention to it.

I found it better to ignore the spiders and focus on Rom. But doing that is very risky since you can get destroyed by the Spiders if your not paying attention.

Finally killed this Rom. Barely survived it buy it was difficult. One of the Hardest boss battles I ever fought. Now it time to get captured and kill Darkbeast.

If your doing the Crow Hunter Side quest, be ready to fight a OP hunter. This dude puts the Machine Gun hunter ti shame with how strong he is. Out of three try, I was only able to get his health down to half. He unlocks after you defeat Rom and is like a damn boss. We all know fighting hunters is a Pain but he makes it seem impossible. You can't call for help so it a solo fight

Just beat Rom myself. What a pain that was, man. Was down to 3 vials with him nearly dead, just sprinted in and did a charged R2 attack with Ludwigs Blade with bolt paper. Luckily finished him off.

Lucky indeed, he usually gets me with that body attack when I get close. The game gets harder after that fight. I used up all of my blood vials fight normal enemies.

Just realized that I can't go to the prison to fight the Darkbeast since I killed Rom which is a shame.

Ludwig Holy blade is amaze for balance builds.

I am saying that. Couldn't find none of the people with the Bags on their back to take me to him. I would love to go there before I finish the unseen village. I'm so damn lost with that place.
